Food is amazing, however;

My parents took me and my daughter out for dinner Tuesday night. No one greeted us when we came in the door, "Sit where you want." We sat in a booth. Waitress came over and got our drink order, no greeting or introduction. My dad had to ask, her name is Sara(h).

We ordered within 10mins of seating. The whole time I was waiting for her to pull out her pad and write our order down. She didnt. We ordered; -Shrimp Burrito -Steak & Shrimp Burrito -Something Grande TO GO (for my other sister who wasnt there) -Cheesesticks -Fries -Water with lemon.

Waited about 20mins for out food, no check ups and no refills. Food finally comes out. My parents got their order. My order was incorrect. She brought a Chicken & Shrimp Fajita and set the absolutely lava-hot skillet beside my 18 month old child. I tell her this isnt my order and she blank-starred at me.. My mom tries to fix the issue by telling her we will take the fajita to go instead of the grande order but to make the steak & shrimp burrito still. We literally have to repeat this twice and she just walks off.

10mins later she brought our my burrito and since Im already slightly annoyed, I open my burrito up and ITS JUST STEAK!

We call her back over and she proceeds to say that she knows theres shrimp in it because her other server said there was. I tell her to JUST charge us for a steak burrito since there is a significant price difference and she walks off midway. Still no refills.

The entire time the lady at the desk is just whistling loudly non-stop. Annoying.

I packed up 2 meals because at this point, Im annoyed and want to get away from the whistling and the clueless waitress.

The food is fantastic here but they NEED those note pads desperately. They also need to work on customer...

Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. It came with a choice of salad, Greek, Garden, or Caesar, and also a choice of bread, regular or garlic bread. The spaghetti is good, the sauce is mild but tasty, and the noodles cooked to perfection. The bread is an entire small loaf of toasted garlic bread with butter. I chose the garden salad that was quite substantial for a side salad and nicely adorned with red onions, sliced Roma tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, black olives, and cheddar cheese. The bread was delicious and the salad fresh and satisfying. And, they also had a light Ranch dressing that many places don't have any longer. The whole meal was quite good. Very hearty and satisfying. As for the quantity and value, this is what makes it 5 stars. The garlic bread is literally an entire small loaf. The bread and spaghetti provided me with enough to eat a full dinner 3 different meals and I'm not a skimpy eater. The price was right around $13 which is a good price to begin with for a meal that comes with bread and salad, but the huge quantity you get for this price makes this an amazing value. My wife and I are always looking for a good place to eat without having to drive an hour or two from home. We have driven past Il Castello's several times and decided to give it a try. I read some of the reviews, and they sounded encouraging. The reviews were true and accurate. The food is amazing. I had the shrimp Diavolo, and my wife had the shrimp with ham in a vodka sauce. The Diavioo had the right amount of heat. My wife's dish was even better, if that's possible. The dinner entrées come with a salad and fresh baked garlic bread. The portion sizes are enormous. We had leftovers for another full meal. The pasta and shrimp were cooked perfectly. The sauces are handmade in the restaurant, not from a can. Our server Bo was very attentive and pleasant. The front dining area is small but comfortable, but there is additional seating in the rear. There is plenty of parking in the front and back of the building. The restaurant is clean and bright. Prices are incredibly fair for the portion sizes served. For a small restaurant, the menu is extensive. Besides Italian food, they also serve Tex Mex. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to some friends. We highly recommend...
