Lizzy's — Restaurant in Antrim Township

I’ve had food from here before but have never done a review. At work we had a catered event and my office got the leftovers. I had the pork sandwich and it was very good. I’ve stopped to get food for home too and it’s usually burgers. They have great curbside service! They come out to ur car immediately to take ur order. They also have some outtside picnic tables you can eat at! The staff are always very friendly and nice. And I’ve never had to wait long for my food. It comes packed very well too…with lots of napkins which is important to me! This evening I got a 1/4 cheeseburger with the waffle fries. The burger was very good! I’m pretty sure they make their own bec it def wasn’t any frozen patty. I git the fixings and the lettuce was a bit wilty. The waffle fries were delicious! They had a type of batter or seasoning on them and were very crispy. I thought a bit salty, but I personally don’t like much salt. Oh, and the ketchup isn’t Heintz. (I’m a ketchup snob. Sorry!) I didn’t get a drink as I brought my food home to eat. (Maybe that’s why the lettuce was wilty?) would I come here again? Absolutely! I love the convenience and quickness of the curbside service…and need to try the sundaes! They have a great website too… check it out… and a food truck…...

By far the worst club sandwich, I have experienced. Charging $9.50 is crazy. Picked up and took home. Opened sandwich. After looking at it. We had to weigh the total meat with our food scales. Couldn't believe our eyes. Total meat, turkey ham, 4 ounces. Turkey hard on edges. A piece of bacon broke in 3 pieces, in total. 2 slices of cheese. One piece of lettuce on top half. Mayonnaise on top slice. No tomatoes. 3 slices of Texas toast. Clearly in toaster, way to long. And the one slice was toasted as stale bread. If you like a dry, dark white bread tasteless sandwich. You found it. Been going to Lizzy's off and on for about 4 years. It's not consistant. I've never had the same make on a sandwich at anytime. Either to much of one ingredient or barely no ingredients of another. Reading other comments. Don't apologize for it not being made the way we like it. This is just a poor attitude with inconsistently and poor quality. We are done!!!! I will not support a poorly trained manager and staff anymore. My dollar means something to me. Go support it, if you desire. Speaks for what you'll eat and call it acceptable....

I wanted to give the employees of Lizzy's the recognition they deserve. I ordered take out tonight in order to support the PTO. I did take out because I knew they were going to be busy, all for good reason. I waited longer than usual for my order, which I expected and didn't mind, their food is well worth the wait. While waiting, I witnessed multiple people and their frustration in regards to their wait, those seated at tables and waiting for to go orders. All of the employees handled everything with grace, politeness, and a smile on their face. They worked together well as a team and were busting their butts. So many people are quick to complain about an inconvenience, but I wanted to shed light on the service I experienced and watched be portrayed to others. Great job to all the employees tonight for holding everything together in such a graceful manner. You guys were awesome and it did not go...
