I keep putting up with the poor service and mistakes and terrible drive thru speaker because...well, the biscuits. I go every Saturday morning when I drop my daughter at work, and order the exact same biscuits and vanilla cold brew. This morning I went and ordered the same thing. Something was different, I didnt recognize the voice on the speaker, or the face that met me. No smile, no kindness. I think this new person was a manager but not certain. He gave me my vanilla cold brew and my food. Fortunately for him, no receipt was included. I thought the brew looked very dark compared to my usual but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I pulled out on the road and took one sip of my coffee. Awful! No sweetness, no vanilla. Just awful. I am not one to go back through a drive through. I usually figure you get what you pay for. This was so bad as to not even pass as drinkable. So I turned around and drove back through the empty stall straight to the window. THREE people looked at me from behind the glass. No one came over. I waved to get the managers' attention. He ignored me and finally the young man inside the window opened the window and the manager walked over. I held the drink up and asked if he had given me the correct drink as this had no creamer or vanilla. He said, 'Yes, it does.' I told him I ordered this drink every saturday and it's not the same. He walked over to the little fridge and pulled out a gallon of dark coffee. He said, with an irritated look, 'See... I can make you a new one but it will be exactly the same'. I remained calm, and I admit it was a very poor reaction but I was dumbfounded by his attitude. So, I calmly said, 'Here, you can have your drink back. I wanted to throw it at him but instead I gracefully tossed it back through the window. At this, his eyes went dark he jumped to the coffee on the floor and I thought it had exploded everywhere. To my surprise he stood up with the intact cup with the lid and straw still in place. He came quickly towards the window with it. So, I uncharacteristically called him an appropriate name and pulled away. I was tried to be disgusted by my behaviour but, to tell the truth the man...
Read moreJust well, how can you ask someone1 how they are doing, and they act like you didn't say more then this is what I want; for that they can go done a star, the lid area can be wiped and never looked at by the measure of putting clean, new things, on top of old life that have been sitting their for for too long; in the count of getting to being wiped is the tops of the picks. I can't go into your back area and well, the eating area is as clean when you can eat off the table as the over use of plastic, for the food treavel from back to table as the food that I got is that we'll looks nothing like the picture and the first thing I thought was I eating MCDONALD'S food; now that's it's own thing.
For it is was the eating area a 2, as details is what makes respect busines, on top of you guys are in building with others that could more then clean, their areas over what they do is just wipe down and that is never clean, if 1one is to just wipe down and never clean....oh, deep clean for those that think their is really more then sanitation and cleanliness, as their is wiping down and then cleaning, from the look they just let things go.
As to well, stop acting as if the fake economic world, is as the only, see the real world you are kind and yes words are spellings and yet I eat love not hate, so sow some love or hate will eat you.

Read moreGood luck trying to get food in the morning! I work nearby, so I sometimes stop through to get food on my way to the office. Over the past year or more, I have come to the conclusion that the employees of this location seem to come in whenever they feel like, and not when the business hours say they should be open. Signs all over the store say open at 6am, same with online. I have rolled into the drive through at 6:45 on a late morning for me, and the place is closed. This has not happened once, more like 10+ times. I've been there right at 6am, and I'd expect they are still getting running for the day and have some leniency on some delays. This morning I was waiting in the drive thru line after 6am, and a Circle K employee told me I should just go, they wouldn't be open for a while. I asked if this happens often and she said all the time. Based on this, I am done coming to this location and will take my business to other places that can actually be open when they say they will.
