I'm so glad I stopped at this hidden gem of a coffee shop on a recent trip to St. George! What an unexpected joy to find excellent espresso in such a out-of-the-way place! Their Americano was one of the best I've ever had - and I lived in Europe and know a good pull! Best of all, their staff listened to me and were helpful in every way; my order was perfect! And for those trying to stay keto or who react to milk proteins, they have real heavy cream, not just half & half!! Woo hoo! Of course I stopped again on the way home. Wow, I just love this place! Their coffee is super delicious and great quality! They use a portafilter machine and have a wide variety of coffee specialities including also decaf and vegan milk options. As European living in the US, I crave good Italian style coffee constantly and it‘s just so hard to find it here. Visited “Bitter Bean” coffee establishment in Apple Valley, UT the other day. Great experience. From an extensive menu of coffees and breakfast delicacies, I tried a ‘Burgandy’ coffee concoction that was new to me….REALLY GOOD! Better than the coffee, (which is priced very reasonably…) was the rare talent at conversation possessed by both the owner and her daughter. In this world obsessed with ‘the device’……conversation is a very pleasant ‘extra’, happily delivered on request absolutely for free. Again…a GREAT...
