Surprisingly good place, we arrived really hungry after a long hike in the rain right at the hour it opens for lunch/dinner (it is closed from 14:00-16:00). 2 of us had the ponderosa burger which was surprisingly good(I expected the brisket to be barely smoked and doused with tons of bbq sauce but there was an amazing smokey flavor of high quality brisket) and the fries were soooo crunchy and Soft on the inside. We were so hungry and the food was so good we had another ponderosa burger! Read moreMy food was hot almost as warm as the room. Food was bland. No seasoning. Hostess was more concerned texting on her phone. Never said anything inviting when we came in. Had to ask questions about menu. She talked at a whisper. Act like it bothered her to wait on us and like she wished she wasn’t even there. Food no taste about like girl taking order not people friendly. Everyone has a bad day but you could tell this is her usual routine. 1 guy walked out. All I can say if she is a relative she’s hurting your business. Get her in back or out the door....
