Surprisingly good place, we arrived really hungry after a long hike in the rain right at the hour it opens for lunch/dinner (it is closed from 14:00-16:00). 2 of us had the ponderosa burger which was surprisingly good(I expected the brisket to be barely smoked and doused with tons of bbq sauce but there was an amazing smokey flavor of high quality brisket) and the fries were soooo crunchy and Soft on the inside. We were so hungry and the food was so good we had another ponderosa burger! Quite a shame they didn’t have the chicken or the fish stew(we came at 16:00 and because they are frozen and the kitchen just opened they didn’t have them yet) which is something to keep in mind but in general, good burgers, nice staff and cool paintings on the walls

We had dinner here while we waited for our tour to start and it was delicious! I also enjoyed some ice cold Wasatch apricot beer which is my favorite. There was even live music. After the tour we stopped for milkshakes. The cheesecake milkshake was delicious, next time I will opt out of the gourmet option and just get a normal milkshake as it came with a whole slice of cheesecake and was just too much. Super nice vibe, the staff was excellent, definitely recommend!

We only stopped here to eat after hiking the East Mesa Trail in Zion NP. The Ponderosa was a very cool experience that was a very welcomed respite after hiking in the heat. We recharged with a Pizza which was very good. Crust was a little dry, but sauce made up for it. Definitely stop here if you are out this way. lots of options for food and deserts.

When I first came to Zion, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but after trying the pizza, fish stew, and roasted chicken here, I was truly impressed. Despite roasted chicken usually being dry elsewhere, the 24-hour marinade made it surprisingly juicy. The pizza was delicious with plenty of toppings, and the crust was perfectly crispy. The fish stew, though popular and initially sold out, resulted in a small complimentary portion and an abundance of desserts as an apology. The desserts, including cookies with grapes, showcased the high quality of the cuisine. Thank...

My food was hot almost as warm as the room. Food was bland. No seasoning. Hostess was more concerned texting on her phone. Never said anything inviting when we came in. Had to ask questions about menu. She talked at a whisper. Act like it bothered her to wait on us and like she wished she wasn’t even there. Food no taste about like girl taking order not people friendly. Everyone has a bad day but you could tell this is her usual routine. 1 guy walked out. All I can say if she is a relative she’s hurting your business. Get her in back or out the door....
