So there's no way to give 0 stars which is what they deserve... my husband went to this McDonald's in arcadia on 8-28-25 at around 5:30 p.m and ordered 50.00 dollars worth the food and expressed to the manager that was working he would it like it fresh do to us getting it old before he said he would b happy to wait the 30 minutes to insure its freshness. So she tells him to always tell them up front to make it fresh he told her mam I always do and has him pull up to wait the 30 minutes so he does get the food goes home food is not fresh fries cold,burgers cold and hard not to mention the part of a plastic glove in it and no 20 piece nugget that he ordered. So it all goes in the trash where it belongs and he cooks something for them to eat as the point of going there was so he didnt have to so he could make it to our daughters ballgame which he did not due to having to cook. Check everything! I'll start with it being 7:30pm, no one else in line, and the girl on the speaker talked low. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a sprite. I asked for no onions since I'm allergic to them, no sauce, but add mayo. While checking both of my nephews' happy meals in the passenger seat, my driver drove off before I checked my meal. First of all, the fries were upside down in both happy meals, so I spent time picking those back up. Then I checked my meal. Both the sauce and the onions were left on it, but at least the mayo was added. The sprite wasn't even filled to the top - maybe 2 inches from the lid. I mentioned it wasn't filled to the top. there were only like 2 employees, the bathrooms were barely even an actual bathroom the toilets seats, extremely dirty. The sink didn’t even run properly it took like 2 minutes for for the sensors to even let any water come out and on top of that the water was burning hot. The guy that gave us our food was being rude just because we said we were missing a sandwich. Ordered ranch no ranch. The receipt thingys didn’t even come out for us to give to them. The chicken and buns were nearly burned. The employee was almost yelling at my Grandma because she just said she was missing her meal. He was talking to us as if we were little kids.
