Station — Restaurant in Arcadia

This use to be my FAVORITE bar in Arcadia, but just that one bartender ruined it for me. A couple of days ago, I came in here with a friend. We sat at the bar and had our ID's showing, clearly indicating that we're ready to order drinks. We literally sat right infront of the bartender's eyes as he was making other peoples' drinks. We waited for a good 5 minutes and as he slowly approached us, he disrespectfully ignored us and took the order of an elderly old white man standing literally right between us. He orders a Jonny walker and the bartender pours his drink. As soon as the old man revived his drink my friend said, "excuse me." But the bartender turns his head to the other direction clearly shows no sign of eye contact and left the bar to his storage room. I really don't want to use the word racism, but as an American Asian, I was truly disappointed how every other non Asian people had a drink, besides us. And I will never be coming to my favorite bar in Arcadia...

Great white Russian. You get your drink fast and right. Glasses & Ice are as they should be, meaning clear, no clorine or dishwasher taste. You try another concoction or repeat the RustyNail & W.R. then you walk straight to The Pot Pie, real down home Americana here. Crisp salad, honest mashed potatoes, the best Chicken or Beef pies and heaven on earth: Poblano Chicken creamed soup with hot baked bread. One block and a half from The Station. Just south on Baldwin Ave. °¿° Ok, so I half lied. You do walk here. But maybe not real straight. Coffee 'n Berry pie ala mode will set you straight. Or stroll back to the bar, you have until the other 1:30 and tell Mr. Lyft Uber: Home James. You will not even remember feeding the horses ALL your green. Happy Saint...

My friend and i came here on Christmas Day and i was so glad they were open.

Andrew is our bartender and he was very attentive to all our orders. He made every drink we ordered and they were actually very satisfying. The portions were all right and they tasted exactly as how they should.

Food choices were limited to chips but there is a satisfying amount of entertainment from dart boards, a jukebox and a pool table. The patrons that come here are pretty mellow and not like the crazy loud obnoxious crowds that I run into at some bars.

You can go for a smoke in the back where there are tables, chairs and ashtrays to use.

The restrooms were clean and well maintained.

Lots of parking in the back through...
