Picnic's Pizza & Grille — Restaurant in Arcanum

I haven't had Picnics in years, and was in the area and decided to stop in. It blows my mind how someone can buy a thriving and great business, and turn it into a mediocre, unorganized mess with terrible service. The wait for food is inexcusable! half the menu is gone, and why they close at 8pm on a Saturday night is even more mind blowing. This used to be a family sit down restaurant with a good vibe and great customer service. The old owners knew their customers and had a relationship with them, and their employees reflected that. This will be the next business in Arcanum to shut down if they keep this up. Website isn't accurate and offers false advertising. The website allows you to order a 20 piece wing and add two sauces but when you call in they say they are not doing that anymore. The website also suggests delivery however, that isn't accurate either. I was told no delivery until Sunday. Today's date was indicated as a regular hours, eluding to business as usual. It's important as a business to offer updated and accurate information on a consistent basis. I prefer to support small town businesses however, if you advertise it honor it. Hospitality was mediocre at best. Food was okay but nothing spectacular. Same old taste as any other small town mom&pop shop. I have tried many of the menu items and would suggest sticking with ice cream only. I did call on one occasion to order pizza because I was in a hurry and didnt have time to make dinner. When trying to order a half and half pizza (half mega meat half pepperoni) I was informed that I would have to pay the mega meat price for the entire pizza and then was told "we dont do half and half".
