Not much on the menu in terms of Homestyle type meals. This place offers mostly bar type foods like pizza, burgers, wings and hot/cold sandwiches. They also have sides like soup and salads. With that said, the food I ordered was very good. The waitress was light hearted and friendly and was very attentive to our table. Will definitely be back again. P.S. I recommend the onion soup and Reuben sandwich 👌.

As an unabashed french fry lover, I have a soft spot for any place that boasts a dedicated specialty fry menu particularly when waffle fries are on there. (I'm not a fan of their shoestring.) The truffle mayo is tasty and their pulled pork is the right combination of tangy and sweet regardless of whether it's on tots, fries, or a sandwich. I find their cheesesteak to be the best for the area. (Emphasis on the area.) I like a cheesesteak where the roll is fresh, the cheese sauce is thoroughly incorporated and the meat is well seasoned. They tick these three boxes. Their cooper cheese sauce makes everything tastier.

I've had misses here with weekly appetizers that were clearly frozen garbage but I digress. The portions are plentiful (that's important for the townies) and the taste is comforting. They were a take-out mainstay during COVID due to them showing care and an attention to detail when packaging their goods. I recommend their little grab and go mini cheesecake trays that come from the city for dessert. Otherwise, stick to their main menu for your next...

We called in an order, and got an immediate hostile response about where we work and the people who work there, it was quite “the talking to” then we asked for separate checks and were told that we couldn’t do that. I stated we all have $20’s. She said I’ll bring change. She arrives the orders are separate and she didn’t bring any change at all. We wanted to tip her so I ran around the building trying to get her the proper amount from anyone I could. While I was doing that she was in the reception area hostile complaining that “we’re ridiculous, this is ridiculous and b.s.” in front of customers and staff. I called to report all of this behavior. Liz took my name and number and said she would have an owner call me back. That never happened. I’m 53 years old and have never seen anyone in a service industry so aggressively hostile to a customer who just wanted to order lunch. I mean HOSTILE. It truly was unbelievable. Shaking your head...

Leo's Delicatessen and Marketplace has become my favorite restaurant. Located across from Ed Staback Memorial Park and in the Club at the Highlands shopping plaza, my friends and I always feel it's well worth driving the extra three miles to dine there. Its menu is so extensive that, even though we've been there over 40 times, we're usually tempted to try something new. That's because we can count on the ingredients being fresh and the meal tasting delicious. Portions are especially generous and prices are reasonable. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere of this...
