So, I have ordered pickup from this location about 10 times and the service has always been above average and the food has always on par with Pizza Hut standards. Today was the first time they had an issue with my order, they had run out of a pizza topping from my online order, chicken for my BBQ chicken pizza. An employee called and let me know and offered a substitute and I accepted. Arrived shortly after my scheduled pickup time and found that unfortunately an error was made and they had inadvertently given my order to another customer. Sounds pretty bad for a 5 star review, right?
The Pizza Hut employee, Brittany, to the rescue. She sincerely apologized for not having the originally ordered ingredients, and yet again for mixing our order up with another. She told me she would make it right and got to work. After a brief wait, she came out to my vehicle and delivered my order as expected and with a smile and more apologies.
Shortly after I got home, she called and again apologized for the error, completely refunded my order and offered a $5.00 credit towards our next order.
It's not about when people make errors, it's about what they do once an error has been made. Not sure if this success is taught from management or if one of their employees, Brittany, is just a customer service rock star.

Even on the pizza boxes it said large( witch is what I purchased) 2 topping pizzas $7.99 each so I think ok it's a mistake no biggie. So I leave the family get together when we are done and I call them on the way phone rings I hear thank you for calling pizza hut can you please hold click so I am on hold for 12minutes while I drive to the location finally I pull into the parking lot still on hold so I hang up walk in and they are not busy but they never took me off of hold. Every time we order from this place, there is always something wrong with our order. Tonight, we received the wrong order entirely. After calling 9 times, my wife finally gets through to someone who immediately gets an attitude when my wife asked for a refund on our order since we didn't receive what WE ordered. The hateful woman on the phone refused to give us her name, threatened to call the cops, and was just downright disrespectful. She didn't want to give a refund, she wanted to be snarky and rude. I really hope the owners of this place take a look at how their customers are being treated. The comment was made that they're super busy and things go wrong, I get that, but every time? Every single time? My wife was then told that she should come down here and work since it's soo easy. I've worked in entry level jobs before. It's not that tough.
