First China — Restaurant in Arecibo

There are so many Chinese restaurants around the Arecibo area, but this by far is THE BEST! The owners spent a lot of time and resources to elevate the restaurant experience by renovating the dining area, replacing the lights, installing the air conditioning, and creating wonderful decor to make the customers incredibly comfortable in the restaurant.

We ordered a feast! I highly recommend the dumplings (steam and fried) accompanied with the delicious dipping sauce. I love the stir-fried noodles, with delicious accompaniment of fresh veggies and seafood. Give the crab rangoon AND the Egg Rolls a try (it comes in 6) if you're up for some good fried Chinese appetizer. So good! The stir-fried vegetables were a delight, making the time a healthy dining experience.

I also have to thank the wonderful owners and their children for the great service and wonderful hospitality. The staff members really took the time to clean after every guest, sweeping every time a group departs and mopping down the area to make the restaurant clean. Pregunté el total de la compra en su micrófono de serví carro lo cual me dijeron”no te puedo dar el total”. A lo cual me estuvo extraño que no me dieran el total de lo que voy a pagar. Al ir a ventanilla me cobraron un poco menos de $20.00 por solo una combinación de pepper stake con tostones y arroz frito sin soya, sin refresco o agua. Le pregunté por qué tan caro por una combinación que no tiene si quiera refresco. A lo que me contestó que cambié los tostones por las papas, por qué el arroz tiene soya, y el pepper stake. Le dije que cómo era posible cobrar $17.00 por una combinación de pepper stake con tostones Que ni si quiera tiene soya lo cual se ahorraron de ponerle. Se quedó callada, a lo cual le dije que se lo iba a pagar pero no volvía. Cuando abrimos el empaque de la comida nos percatamos que ni siquiera habían más de 4-5 tostones que estaban sin ajo, y ni tenían sal, en fin no tenían sabor, la carne igual, no tenía tanto sabor. En fin una muy mala experiencia y desperdicio de dinero y tiempo, además de timar a los clientes cuando no le dicen su total...
