My aunt has lived 2 minutes from this panaderia my entire life. I remember as a small kid, she would take us to there whenever we visited her and I would always have a Mallorca. We moved from PR when I was 7 but I never forgot that taste. Whenever I visit the island, I make sure I stop there and everyone I’ve ever brought with me raves about their goodies and the nice people. I rented a car and drove around PR so I ate at many places. I even ate at the famous Bombonera in old San Juan but there is no comparison. The bread is key and they make it fresh here.
