We went by today 8/13/24 @ 7:30pm and was HORRIFIED at our experience. We were greeted by VERY loud rap music with extremely foul lyrics! The volume was to the point of not being able to hear the workers response to what my wife was trying to order. This was clearly one of their play lists that was playing over the stores speakers and the 2 highschool age girls that were working could have cared less. To make matters worse there were small children present (5 and 6 years old) being exposed to this VERY loud and VERY inappropriate rap music! Another customer was fed up too and asked the workers what was going on with the music!?? The customer stated the music was foul and needed to be turned off! One of the girls stated the music was "playing randomly and she had no control over it" Now I know that's a lie! I know subway does not have this sort of music piped in, it was clearly one of their play lists. To add insult to injury the 2 workers could have cared less about the entire situation and how this music was foul, too loud, and extremely inappropriate for small children and was making everyone in the resturant uncomfortable. One even danced a little while this music was playing behind the counter. It was very subtle but we both saw it. This was extremely offensive and a fantasic example of where our country is at now a days. And another example of the monumental disrespect from our youth. They need to be fired...
Read moreHorrible experience on 8/29/24. This was very surprising considering we have been eating at this Subway for years. Two teenage girls at the counter. The one was fine making food and doing her job. The other one (Kaylee) needs lessons in customer service. I placed an online order and my daughter was picking it up on her way home. Kaylee tried to tell my daughter they didn't have my online order and did I order from the right store. Yes I did. While I'm on the phone with my daughter saying yes I have confirmation I hear her say "oh yeah here it is and you can just chill out while we get it done." Wow! So rude! She then tells two other sets of people that come in we can't get to your order we are busy and tells them to leave!! Oh my word! Neither girl has on a nametag and my daughter said one was dressed like a slob in sweatshirt...so she asks their names and BEFORE Kaylee gives her name she said "Are you gonna report me?"....um that's a bad sign if you have to ask! Then she gave my daughter a free cookie 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I've left a msg for a Mgr Megan or Brooke to call me. We'll see if that happens. I hope this place turns around! Argo needs a nice business. Turning people away rudely they won't last long! So sad.

When we got there (at the time the app had said it would be ready) they had not even started our order. When we got there and asked about it they said they hadn’t started because of how long it was (4 foot longs). They also looked incredibly annoyed to get a long order. They made us feel as if we were the problem. They were not understanding or accommodating. Two people walked in after us and their subs were made before ours. We waited 30 minutes for them to start making our order. They were not wearing name tags so I do not know which employees they were. If you’re in a pinch and need quick food. I would NOT recommend...
