Arby's — Restaurant in Arizona

I was absolutly shocked! The Arbys that we usually go to closed at 10 last night, so we went to this one. I thought we were going to have a bad experience seeing that it was part of the truck stop. Boy was I wrong! We went through the drive thru around 11:15pm on Sunday, fathers day. The lady that took our order, she was so nice! Got everything correct, repeated the order back to us, and half our order was special requests. She got our order 100% correct. When we pulled up to the window she was so nice and the inside was very clean and neat. She warned us when we were ordering that the mozz sticks would take 3 mins to cook and asked if that was ok, so when we paid, she had us pull up, and not even 1 min later she brought the food out to us. Nice and hot! She was so nice when she brought out our food, and wished us a great night. Everything was there, the only thing was that on my buffalo chicken slider, I couldn't eat it because the chicken was really tuff and seemed like it was cooked to long. But that has happened to every arbys I have been to.the chicken tenders always seem to be cooked too long. For now on, I will drive the extra couple of miles to go to this one, instead of the one we usually go to. I am truly amazed about our...

Ok. So I went this Arby's yesterday and got the ranch and swiss roast beef sandwich and it was good, but there was very little ranch. So I stopped today, and thinking I'd have the same issue, I asked for extra ranch. They gave me a ranch disaster! It seemed extremely intentional...There was so much ranch, the meat slid right out of the sandwich and ranch was everywhere! So I went back and showed them and they said they would remake it. When I got the next one, the lady offered to have me check to see if it was ok. I declined thinking it was simply a roast beef sandwich with swiss cheese, lettuce, and peppercorn ranch. Drove back to work and low and behold, they managed to mess up again! This time there was NO ranch and NO lettuce! I mean come on, seriously?! I did not got back a third time, and I dont think I'll go back again...period. Apparently the sandwich maker has a vendetta against special orders and intentionally did this. I highly doubt this is the first time this has happened, so why is this person being allowed to continue...

My husband I eat here every time we go to the casino, which is about twice a month, it’s always been very good, except for today was the first day that we had a very bad experience with the service which borderline ended II in an heated arguemrbt with the dude working the drive thru window— I had talked to the manager (Rebecca ) on the phone date prior because they had forgotten my choc shake my last visit & I explained she had time me I could get it the next time I came through which was today && the employee would not honor the managers word because he claims “ I wasn’t on the list” it was bogus & I even tried to show him my bank app with the transaction- he wouldn’t even look & said no we can’t help you. Needless to say- I will never eat here again even though the food was delicious- the service was so rude & made me feel like I was lying- I wouldn’t lie for a shake- I have plenty of bigger things I safe...
