Where do I begin?? So, I ask several questions to make sure I know the difference between the “Cowboy” and “Nacho” Fries. I order the Cowboys Fries, ask them to substitute guacamole for sour cream and put my jalapeños on the side. I also order a side of pico, which cost extra. She says, “Salsa? Red or Green?” I say, “Red.” She repeats my order, EXACTLY as I said above. I get my total and drive to the window. We wait about 5-10 mins. The lady charges me. Again, asks me, “Red or Green salsa?” I, again, say, “Red.” We wait another 4 mins. She hand me a bag. That I then hand to my daughter in the back seat. She’s looking for her rice.. “Mom.” Lady says, “Ma’am, that’s not your order. Wow! After another 2-3 minutes. They give me my order. I get home… I prob should’ve mentioned I’m in my 1st trimester of my pregnancy and I haven’t been able to it wanted to eat in 2 weeks. I get home, my order is completely wrong. I call, highly upset and explain how upset I am and why. The woman who answered hands the phone to a man who says. “I won’t help you unless you bring my food back!” Are you serious? I paid $23, most of that because I SPECIAL ORDERED my food and I have to drive back because of your mess up??? Long story short, finally, my mother went back, handled that man but said the lady was very apologetic-guess she’s been pregnant and hangry! The man was rude to both myself and my mother and needs a class on customer service. As for my meal and the remedy; the lady in the front had my meal remade the right way. It was amazing! Also, might mention this one looks 100x times better than the 1st plate. Do not eat before 2pm on Saturday. The cook sucks and the other staff act incompetent! So peraon with commonsense (me) thinks, its raining, I automatically opened my window and realized. Thats dumb, its gonna flood in my car. I wait in line, like everyone else. 2 cars ahead of me. I figure when i get to window the peraon taking orders will understand our dilemma with rain. As I pur my window down she says, Yada yada yada. I say no. I couldn't order, you know the rain.
