Hooch's 95 Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Arizona

The food was stellar but the service was some of the worst I have had in a long time. The entire process was over 2 and half hours. The waitress assigned to us was more busy socializing than taking care of her tables. We arrived and sat down given menus and asked about drinks. After the drinks came we waited well over 30 minutes for her to come take our orders. My husband who wasn't there and was arriving later on wanted a burger and fries and I asked if she could put the order in but not bring it out till she saw him arrive. after waiting another 40 minutes the food came to the table and she placed my husband's food on the table with a napkin on it. The food was amazing and very delicious, after we all had finished it was getting late and we were ready to get home mind you I had two children in my party. We sat waiting for her to bring our tab with no luck. My mother and husband went to the cars to get the children in hoping this would signal that we were ready to pay. Another waitress had came and asked if I was ready to leave and she would try and track down our waitress. I saw our waitress fly out the door and was very confused as to where she might be going after sometime she finally returned and handed me my check. I paid our bill 86 dollars and sorry no tip. I found out that when she had flown out the door it was to run after my mother husband and kids for the bill. That made me very unhappy to have known that. We will not be returning to this establishment, the food was amazing and it's a shame about the service which I could have looked past if it wasn't for the part about her chasing down my family while I sat patently...

Really good food. Great service. I love all kinds of music. They play all kinds of music! LOL. It is loud so if your looking for quite or tuned down you might want to stay on the restaurant side. I love it just the way it is. Looks like they have new darts or I just noticed it. Looked fun i didn't have the time to play. Maybe next time. People are great. I have never had a bad experience. Unless one of the patrons choose a really bad song on the juke box. That's when your thankful songs are usually no longer then 4 mins. Part of the bar experience. The service is always great. The women that work there are always pleasant and right on it as I say. I haven't had a male serve yet but the food is awesome so if they're in the kitchen ..here's a shout out. Keep it up. It's always delicious and perfect it's even nice to look at right before I devour it. The food portions are great.. I can't finish a burger. Its just as good the next day. I've never had to wait for service a meal or a table.. The menu has something for everyone. If you're looking for a pleasant place great food good drinks loud music and if you haven't stopped in you need to. Biker, trucker, insurance, sales or walmart greeter I've seen all kinds of people here. You will like the people and the service. They do have a patio out front along with the resturant attached if the music is to loud. I love when we stop in looking forward to the next...

Horrible customer service. Ordered wings for take out and they were wrong flavor. No big deal I called and brought the wings back. When I got there I spoke to Dayna and when I expressed a concern for the food being thrown away she said I can take the old wings home as well. I thanked her very much as I was not expecting that. I wanted OVER 30 minutes for the new wings to be finished. When they were finally finished I was handed one box of wings by a different waitress, when I let her know Dayna had said we can also take the old wings she told me "No thats not how it works" when I again said Dayna said we could take the old wings when I got there she again said no. If my family wasn't waiting for food at home I would have just asked for a complete refund and left. Not to mentuon when i got home for the 2nd time we realized this "new" order wasnt even complete and the wings were cold! Customer service has gone down tremendously since covid started and not to mention an order of chicken tenders is 2 tiny pieces of chicken for $14. This place used to be really good and we would look forward to going but...
