I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Omni Tucson National's Legends Bar and Grill, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a charming ambiance that made me feel right at home.

What truly set this dining experience apart was the incredible service provided by Lacey, our server and bartender. Lacey's attention to detail and friendly demeanor elevated the entire evening. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also offered fantastic recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable.

The food itself was a culinary delight, with a menu that catered to various tastes. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Whether it was the mouthwatering steaks, delectable appetizers, or the extensive drink selection, every aspect of the dining experience was top-notch.

I can't praise Omni Tucson National's Legends Bar and Grill enough, and Lacey's exceptional service truly made it a memorable occasion. I love the ambience of this place. Service is a hit or miss but typically has long wait time. I wouldn’t waste time and money, e.g., 6 wings for $16 bucks. They truly have an awful food and I am not sure who the chef is at this place but they seriously need to think about the food they’re serving. Even if its free, I wouldn’t even bother eating here anymore. Its either bland or way too salty. No wonder they have specials and have to cancel events because lack of sign-ups to attend events. They have short menu and typically are out of stock of items within their short menu. You can tell, i’ve eaten here plenty of times but have been disappointed every time. Ate for breakfast too at their other restaurant, long wait, lacks service and restaurant has huge ants crawling on their tables since it hasn't been cleaned for a long time, the ants started crawling in it. We live near Legends, and have been going over for drinks for many years. We were there approx I week ago around 5 pm, and noticed a big difference with the newer staff behind the bar. We sat at the bar, as usual, and noticed that the counter was quite greasy. There was a piece of cheese close to where I sat, and the bartender just wiped it off with a paper napkin, leaving it in the indentation that runs around the bar. There was also a discarded toothpick lying on the counter. She also forgot to give me the ice I requested and went back to chat with the staff (Sally came to my rescue!). We miss the professionalism of Kim, Sally and Marsee , and some of the people that have been working there longer! Hope we will see more of them. Sincerely......
