If I could I’d rate this location at a 0 based on the customer service of the staff. I visited this location on July 10th around 1:20 in the afternoon.
Upon placing my order the team member was very friendly and patient while attempted to access the app. The same person took my payment and was friendly and professional.
While placing my order I was specific that while I was ordering two happy meals I would request they put all of the food in one bag as opposed to two boxes and one cup opposed to two separate cups. (To reduce waste)
When I arrived to the window none of the requests were done AND the order was wrong. No worries, or so I thought. I asked the young lady to combine the food into one bag and correct the wrong food that had been given. She was more than happy to help. She took the boxes back and was courteous and professional.
Minutes later she came back and handed me the boxes and two small bags and advised me that her team member told her she was unable to correct the error and to give me the bags to do them myself. The food inside the boxes was also still the wrong order. I asked for the staff member to assist me who told her not to assist me. I was patient but also taking note of the line building behind me.
Next to the window as Lisa. She was absolutely unprofessional, rude and displayed an unwillingness to assist me at all. She initially even refused to take my boxes, even to correct the wrong food order.
After minutes of back and forth with Lisa, much of which was unnecessary but by this time I was frustrated, another team member came and took the boxes, combined the food, replaced the wrong items and sent me on my way.
The interaction with Lisa was enough to cause me to write this review. There was a team member by the name of Carolina who was so kind and courteous. She was helpful and tried her best but it seemed as if the other team members unwillingness to assist me caused Carolina to feel bullied and uncomfortable. The entire atmosphere was toxic at best. I felt sorry for Caroline and I hope this review causes someone to take a look at this work environment. It’s one thing to provide bad customer service, which Lisa did, but it’s another thing for the customer to witness what appears to be bullying by one staff members to another.
Get it together McDonald’s. You all just seem to be getting worse and worse and it’s at most locations.

I was too far away when I discovered the burnt burger. Not only that it took a long time when I only had one car ahead of me in the drive up window. There was only a few people inside the building so I guess it took more time to burn the meat black and hard as a rock. I wasn't giving them a hard time as I only ordered my food and that was the extent of the conversation till I paid for my food. The drive up window was absolutely disgusting. Spittle all over the building around the window and surrounding area. I should have taken that as a clue of what was to come. Even the milkshake was not blended all the way but I didn't dare let them touch it again. I have to ask for napkins to clean the outside of the milkshake that was dripping down the sides of the cup. All in all the absolutely worse McDonald's I've experienced from coast to coast and up and down the USA. Luckily I don't visit any of them on a regular basis. And now I'm staying as far away as possible as the images are still fresh in my mind. That's going to take an awfully long time to erase that vision when I just think about McDonald's no matter where it might be. Today, my husband decided to grab a bite at McDonald’s, but what he got was a complete disaster. The burger he was served was an absolute nightmare! The preparation process was completely ignored: the bun was soggy, the filling was falling apart, and the sauce was dripping all over his hands. It was impossible to hold this “masterpiece” – everything was falling apart instantly. He couldn’t even properly taste it; after one bite, he just threw it straight into the trash. It was completely inedible!
But the worst part isn’t just the awful burger – it’s the overall state of this place. After what happened, I decided to check out the reviews, and I was horrified! People are constantly complaining about unsanitary conditions, filth, chaos, and rude staff. Now I realize my husband actually got “lucky” – at least he didn’t end up with food poisoning after such a “meal.”
I truly believe this McDonald’s is the worst not only in America but in the entire world! Complete mess, disgusting food, and employees who clearly don’t care about their job. This place should be shut down immediately, or at the very least, fire the entire staff and hire people who actually know how to work.
In the end, $12 was just thrown in the trash. My husband didn’t even bother complaining because he values his nerves. But we will NEVER come back here, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away! Even animals wouldn’t eat this garbage.
