McDonald's — Restaurant in Arlington

Worst experience ever today. Placed my order at the first window and Paid. I was then charged incorrectly and the person at the second window asked me to repeat my order twice and then steps away comes back again to ask the same question. Then 2 more people come with the same question to repeat my order. I repeat again. A fifth person comes and I tell him he needs to write it down!!! They finally redo my order and want to charge me additional money. I ask for a manager because 15 minutes later I am still being asked what my order is and this is not my error. I asked for the meal to be discounted. No one ever apologizes this whole time. The manager comes and doesn't say hello or introduce her self she simply stated i can't comp nothing do you want a cookie or apple pie!!!! So I paid someone else's order , repeatedly told them my order water 20-25 minutes of my time and they still forgot my drinks and condiments at the end.The manager here needs to train her staff and needs leadership training as well. I cannot believe the lack if leadership and accountability this company has. I am a manager at my job and if a customer is not happy then I step in and do my best to resolve the issue and explain what has happened. Own my mistakes and that of my employees ... Just sorry. I've had the worst exerpeince at your establishment. First off I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru with only two cars in front of me, then my food was old and cold, no sauce with my chicken nuggets, no receipt, wrong drink, and they spit on the fries. They purposely gave me a coke instead of a Dr. Pepper because I asked for a large for waiting for so long. She refused and I noticed it was not punched on the Dr.Pepper. I turn back around to go get my drink fixed and tell them about the receipt and they said they refused my service when I already paid and wouldn't give me my receipt. So I'm pretty livid at this point. The manager refused to help resolve the small problems. I honestly think the worker and the manager should lose their jobs after how they treated me and refusing to fix my order. Both of them were incompetent if it takes them that long to make the food and for it to be cold and spit on. Very disappointed with the extra stress they have caused me. After eating one chicken nugget I was sick to my stomach. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience from the 6230 matlock Rd. Management is getting out of hand at this location. Me and my father, sister, and brother all stopped by this McDonald's while on our way home. Our first meal consisted of a McDouble, a small fries, a 4 piece nuggets, and a small soda for everyone there. The burgers were fine, but the nuggets were so stale if you hit them against the tables it left a dent. Not to mention the fact they smelled and tasted funny, probably made about 3 days ago and nuked for 30 seconds before being served to us. The fries in our meals were equally as bad, as mine were so salty I think my kidneys might have failed, however, my father had no salt on his. The fries also tasted old, as if they were made last week. There was no ketchup in the dispenser, and the employee who handed it to me was acting as if giving ketchup was a hard chore. This isn't the only time the employees were slacking though, as I spilt soda on the floor, and when an employee was walking towards it, he just stepped around and didn't bother calling anyone over to clean it up.
