Ya know, I get it that being at work can be annoying and nobody wants to work. However, when you walk in and a employee is wearing their digust for their job or life or whatever on their face it changes the atmosphere. I have been in here numerous times and there's ONE employee who is ALWAYS in a bad mood. You can tell she doesn't want to be there, she has no personality, she isn't rude but you can tell the customers have irritated her just by walking in the door. Great job to the 2 employees work lunch today (7-23-17)! Myself and several other members of our baseball team went there for lunch between 2 tournament games. The store was obviously not prepared for such a huge hit on a Sunday at 11am. The employees handled it wonderfully. They were polite and efficient. They worked smoothly together and made it look darn near effortless! We went here for 3, 12 inch subs. The employee spent a lot of his time speaking to his girlfriend across the counter, not an employee, the place was understaffed it was really busy. Would not have gotten a one star, had he not dropped my 12 inch sub on the ground, even though it was in a bag and wrapped, it was clean, but freaking destroyed. He turned my sub into a stir fry and then handed it to me, did not even try to fix the situation. Will never go to this sub way again, AND NEITHER...
