Casey's — Restaurant in Asbury

Absolutely the worst Casey’s. Pizza almost always looks like it’s been in the warmer for 6hrs. Even at lunch. Soda machine tastes like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. If you like moldy tasting pop give it a go. Judging by previous reviews there is a long standing tradition of uncleanliness at this location that the board of health may want to look into. I’m sure my review will be coupled with a “we are looking into it” response from Casey’s just like all the other reviews over the past year. Trust me, they are not. *update. See Casey’s comments below. I did in fact message Customer Service listed below at the time and as of 2 weeks only received an auto response. They don’t care. Update again January 2023. Decided to try to give them another chance because they’re really close to where I work went at 12:30 on a Friday to get a slice of pizza. Pizza look like it had been sitting there for three hours. This is the lunch hour and you can’t even have moderately fresh pizza? Again, this location is horrible. Don’t waste your lunch break driving there. Update again 7-27-23. Worst Casey’s location for food service. We’ve had multiple orders missing items, burnt or incorrect. We haven’t ordered from this location in months, but thought we’d give them another try, mistake. Our Taco pizza was missing all of the taco toppings and was just a sausage pizza. Luckily, we noticed before leaving the store. Our cheese bread was burnt, not a little dark, but black on the bottom to where you could smell the burntness. We ordered a brookie, which we did not receive and was told by the individual working, “we did not want it anyways, it’s not that good. They cook it, freeze it, ship it to the store who refreezes it, thaws it and warms it up for the customer.” Last time we ever order from the...

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 1145am for my lunch. Made the order at 10am so you would think they wouldn't make the pizza tell closer to the time of delivery but not this Casey's. They made it and let it sit tell my delivery time. Then the delivery person put it on the ground outside instead of walking in the door and taking it to the front desk. It was stone cold and had ants crawling on it. Called and all I got was attitude from the person that made it. Then told well just bring it back and get another. Worst experience at...
