Gluten free bread for sandwiches!!! The veggie sandwich is to die for! We’ve tried the Turkey BLT with aioli too and loved it. This is my third time back and I’m trying the Italian on gluten free bread this time and the amazing veggie which is packed with stuff!

UPDATE: Disappointed! Our 3rd visit was a to-go order of 4 sandwiches, 3 of which cost extra for tiny gluten free bread sandwiches. Now, I’m used to the up-charge for gluten free. Some places treat the bread as half a slice of bread because it’s so small! This one does not. That’s ok. However, I do expect all the ingredients on the overpriced sandwiches!!! I was SO DISAPPOINTED when we got home and discovered all 3 of the GF sandwiches had barely any meat/cheese and veggies. Our Italian sandwiches had half a slice of cheese torn into 2 smaller pieces not even big enough to cover a slice of GF bread. No pepperonccini. Not heated. Just dry bread holding a tiny serving of cheese and meat. So bad. The GF veggie sandwich was equally disappointing with only about 1/3 of the veggies it normally has in it and they forgot the cheese.

Our 4th sandwich was the Italian on normal bread. It was a large sandwich on what looked like sourdough bread, grilled golden, full of melty cheese, meat and pepperonccini. Perfect for my brother in law.

The owner was not present today. Too bad the bakery is not consistent when she is not there. Worst part for this place is that I introduced two new to people to the restaurant and this was the first impression they experienced, after I bragged about this cute little place. So sad and disappointed. I hope the owner sees this and is able to...

limited options in Ash Grove unfortunately but have been going here for a sandwich on occasion. Usually get a hot panini but the bread will normally fall apart, tomato slices are huge and just generally tasteless. Tried a cold italian sandwich today and there was so much bread and it was hard, possibly several days old not sure, tasteless sandwich, threw half of it away. I love a good carbonated fountain soda but theirs does not taste good. Pastries are usually dry and not impressive. Really would like to support local businesses but the food...

My son loved this place! We didn’t go on a day with nice weather, so maybe people weren’t in the mood for ice cream, but it was very good. We got one scoop of the spumoni ice cream, and one cookie for less than four dollars and I was able to split it with my kids.

Love the vibe here, and if I was going to spend more time in Ash Grove I probably would have gotten dinner here as well. Since we were just passing through, we stopped for a quick snack and we were more than satisfied.

Will definitely be back if I am in...

This isn’t only a bakery; you can get pretty good sandwiches here, too. On a Monday afternoon, one hour before closing, the baked goods were a little low, but a maple pecan danish was found and it was quite the treat! I’m glad that I had a companion to share the delicious lemon bar flavored ice cream cone, which I had for dessert, with. It honestly was the BEST lemon ice cream I’d ever eaten! Sadly, I did not photograph it, but here are pictures of the turkey BLT and Italian sandwich.
