Brown's Seafood — Restaurant in Ashburn

We ordered 2 dinner plates this evening. 1 Seafood deluxe and 1 shrimp and perch with cheese grits and okra fried hard. I got the food home sat down to eat it there was absolutely no seasoning on the fish at all, the grits were so thin and undercooked I couldn’t even eat them and so I tried to eat the okra they were wrong. The first thing I done was call the restaurant to tell them they lady then put a guy on the phone. He stated “ if you don’t ask for seasoning we don’t season your food” I have never heard of such thing. I then told him I wasn’t aware and wasn’t happy with my food. I even asked could he replace the fish only. He said yes but i would have to pay for it. I’m seriously disappointed and feel as though I was beat out of $33. Tried this restaurant 3 weeks ago and the food was good. But yesterday, I picked up two takeout catfish dinners. I wish I had examined them before leaving the restaurant. When I got home, I discovered that ALL the fish were 3 or 4 inches long! If I were fishing, these would be 'throwbacks'. I have owned and operated my business for 10 years and never had a employee send a customer a rude text because of a social media text. I’m not sure how there training process works but it seems management should do a better job in hiring and training. This should be corrected by there management but I guarantee nothing will happen.
