Food was great for the most park. Catfish was a tad done, crawfish etouffee was not what I am accustom too. (Not how my cajun family makes it) Wasn't big on the "this is a family restaurant" excuse for not serving beer. No liquor is one thing I can understand, but no beer? This is the south, beer is at every family gathering I have ever been too. (my fam or friends fam) This alone I give it 2 stars, but the staff and the service here are top notch. I’ve tried them several times the last year or so, they put absolutely NO seasoning on them. It’s just fried chicken with NO FLAVOR OR SEASONING. They also cut it differently, it’s really tough. I wish they would make them like they use to. My wife likes to go and eat the fish, and I use to love to go for the chicken but it’s really bad now. I hate it because it’s such an easy fix, but I tell them every time. Going to have to...
