The Wicked Good Cafe — Restaurant in Ashfield

It’s rare to come across a place that feels familiar, even when it’s your first time there. Walking through these doors feels like you’ve entered into a cozy book or movie about a local cafe nestled in a beautiful New England town. I was greeted by the owners and staff who are all exceedingly kind and courteous. The cafe is bright, charming, comfortable, clean and full of so much heart and love. The food was delicious, the service incredible, and families all came in and left with a smile on their face. From the first bite I knew why.. it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had dining out since I moved to Western MA 5 years ago. The pancakes were huge, perfectly light and fluffy, and went down too easy with their delicious maple syrup. The sausage is local and fantastic, the egg perfect, and the home fries downright divine. Oh, did I mentioned they also make fresh homemade baked goods? I couldn’t leave without taking home some bagels which were soft but crispy, and a loaf of focaccia which was insanely delicious.. A really delightful cafe in this town, just exemplary of the kindness and quality that Western MA has to offer to the community! The biscuits and gravy were good but I am coming back to try that breakfast sausage! Coffee was great and the whole building was something out of a dream you have for yourself: you wake up in your little place, catch up with a friend over coffee and breakfast in the dining area, and just let the sun kind of spill in through the windows. Call it romantic if you want, but I would love to come back sometime soon!

Oh my! Oh my! This is a definite stop if your in the area. And if not, it's very well worth the drive. If you're into farm fresh food this place is a must try!!!! They have absolutely most delicious homemade hash I've had in a long time. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, the staff are all top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and very welcoming. Thank you Luke (I presume he's one of the owners) for the welcoming conversation on our way out. We will definitely be back soon for more deliciousness 😋 that comes out of the kitchen.
