Wow. We had just finished taking a hike around the reservoir at Ashland State Park, which is a lovely walk, but a little more challenging than we thought. Given all the roots and rocks on the part of the trail that's close to the water. So, we were hungry and tired, and checked Google for someplace close by. Henry's popped up with very high reviews, so we figured we'd try it out and were flabbergasted to discover it that it was part of a conference center. It's such a cute little place, with a very solid beer selection and surprisingly good home-cooked food. I had the French dip, which was definitely some kind of super tender roast beef rather than the usual deli stuff. And instead of regular chewies, they used the kind that is usually melted over the top of French onion soup, who would have thought? Excellent. The service was just one guy, and I wish I'd gotten his name because his presence lights up the whole place, he's clearly an important part of the whole atmosphere. Looking forward...
