As a long time owner of several units at Cold Springs we were really looking forward to our first visit to The Pemi Burger Bar, and they did not disappoint! Our server Mackenzie was AMAZING! Very friendly and personable, knows the menu and what's on tap, very attentive but not overly so. There were 6 in our party, and several commented "best burger I've ever had". We had the Backyard burger Bruschetta burger, and mushroom burger, along with Gen Tso cauliflower for an appy. Fresh cut fries were delicious as well. Looking forward to our next visit already! On our 8th annual visit to this area, we were excited to try something different. Gave it a shot and we were extremely pleased.

Smash burgers were delicious, nice overall selection with a quality bun and fresh ingredients. I had the one with the runny egg. The Pemi sauce was very good

Pretty extensive choice of fries from poutine to buffalo chicken. I loved my truffle Parmesan fries

We were bummed out this wasn’t better. No beer or wine menu - you just ask for an IPA and hope it’s good. Apps came out after two of our meals were served. One of the burgers was wrong and had to go back. When they finally came, Burgers and fries were good, chili was lukewarm.
