Highly recommend The Oregon Club, I haven’t had a meal this delicious in a long time. Far exceeded my expectations. The Oregon club is a hidden gem in a cozy, nature surrounded location. The atmosphere is an intimate, casual dining with several rooms of seating. The service was excellent and the food even better. We started with the mushroom soup (a classic at this establishment), duck confit, Caesar salad, and calamari. The duck dish and mushroom soup were my favorites, definitely don’t miss these! For entrees, the veal special for me, beef borguignon, and bolognese for the rest of the table. The veal chop was delicious, cooked perfectly so that the fat melts in your mouth. The bolognese was traditionally made, without red sauce and the beef borguignon was equally as tasty. Dessert! I chose crème brûlée and a tawny port, while the others ordered blueberry crumble and chocolate mousse. All perfect desserts to end a perfect meal.

The Oregon Club stands out for its exceptionally friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and personalized dining experience. The ambiance is cozy, making it a great choice for both special occasions and casual dinners, with a comfort level that makes you feel at ease. Due to its smaller size and popularity, securing a reservation is highly recommended to enjoy this charming dining spot.

Have to agree it's great service and tasty food- with ample portions. The salmon over pureed cauliflower with arugula was terrific. My colleague ordered the meatloaf and loved it, but the portion was huge. Good wine selections from Napa, France, Italy, South Africa. A great spot for business dinners and nice dates.

Update!!! Terrible experience!! Ugh!

UPDATE!!

My wife and I got take out one night a few weeks ago. We ordered one whole chicken with mashed and asparagus and one shrimp risotto. The chicken was bland and tasteless AND it was only half a chicken so that was a rip off. Then my wife saw her food and it looked like an appetizer not a full meal. I am really disappointed in Oregon. We thought they were much better than this!! We’ll never go back!

This is my old review: This place has been my wife’s and my radar for sometime and decided to finally go there. This place apparently has a rich and colorful history. It use to be a speakeasy during prohibition. When you enter this place it has a really nice vibe. It reminded me of an English bed and breakfast. Not very big inside but very cozy and decorated tastefully. There is a very nice small bar area with a couple of tables where you can have dinner. The dining room has about a dozen tables for a nice relaxing dinner. The wait staff is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They are noted for their steaks an I can tell you it’s a well deserved reputation. The steak comes out perfectly ook with a beautiful char and fresh vegetables and mash potatoes. They also give you a fresh breadbasket with a tasty oil dip. Topping off the meal was a great crème brûlée, one of the best I’ve ever had! They have a very nice outside seating area which my wife and I will be visiting next spring! This place is a rare gem and I am sorry it took us so...

The Oregon Club hands down is our favorite restaurant!! While my husband Stephen is not quite as an adventurous eater as I ....he @ least will most always find one of Chef Chris (and his crewS Add on specials ;)) thus the Oregon Club never fails to tempt our (Or any of our families or friends ;)) taste buds!! The ‘front of the house‘, Judy’s domain is always RuN with amazing dexterity & warm grace!! The Oregon Clubs (Many many = long X) wait staff are TRULY are exceptional too!! Once you enter the OC your Instantly enveloped by Personal warmth & truly delicious smells!! They also have one of the best Wine lists & specialty cocktail offerings around!!!

While the OC is not yet re-opened for dining in during these (surreal) Covid X‘S .....being married to the once infamous ‘take out king’ who too just happens to also be an ID Doc .....we can attest to the fact that ANY of the items listed On their ToGo menu will have been Pre-selected by Chef Chris & Judy to travel well & too will be beautifully packed up for you and your family so you can enjoy a lovely meal @...

Walked in and waited a bit longer than felt comfortable before someone came to speak with us. Feigned that they were sooo busy but even though we didn’t have a reservation they could squeeze us in. Comical since there were plenty of open tables throughout our visit. The cocktails were good and reasonably priced, beer menu very limited and only one draft line. Delicious bread to start. Good selection of menu offerings. We chose the Chicken and Sausage Pasta and the Southern Style Paella. Both were good. Found some butcher twine in my dish from the sausage and the staff didn’t seem to care. It may have been a rustic plating touch or something if it were served in such a way that it was immediately apparent but this was mixed in with the paella. Choking hazard. It also made me feel more mad about the hair that I got earlier in the evening with my cocktail. I’m not usually very offended by a stray hair so I just brushed it off without mention. Might come back but it’s a bit off the beaten...
