Burger King — Restaurant in Ashtabula

We were traveling and stopped for lunch on the busy Thanksgiving weekend. Spouse had the usual burger order. I had the Crispy Chicken sandwich and a cup of coffee. Kuddos to our server, Tim Breeland. Tim had my cup of coffee in my hand in record time and made sure I knew where to find the creamer and sugar. Thanks Tim. The rest of our order came promptly. It was my first order of Crispy Chicken and it was tasty. The brioche-style roll was flavorful and soft, and the chicken and sauce were yummy. The restaurant was clean and well supplied.

The restrooms are in the adjoining travel center. These restroom had many stalls, it was clean, tidy and fully stocked. It had festive holiday decorations and...

Another perfect example of a fast food restaurant that offers less than par customer service. Attention to detail is very much required here. I think the tall skinny tooth fairy looking dude in the back is not too bright because this is what I got which clearly is not what I ordered. Fries were cold, buns were stale, meat was dry and cold. Come on people, get it together will you! This job is not that difficult. But at least the cashier working was somewhat pleasant hence...

OPEN: Remodeling complete. Small location with indoor seating for 34, no drive thru. Located inside between Travel America and Country Pride Restaurant🍽️. Remodeled with charging stations. More of a cozy setting. Restrooms🚺🚹 are in Travel America. People have to walk next to the seating area of Burger King to get to Country Pride🍽️. Waiting till the Saturday 7am🕖 opening to get two sausage biscuits. Restraunt is clean and ready. Biscuits were hot and fresh out of the oven....
