Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Ashville

Edit 10/18 Jacks Corporate needs to do a complete sweep in this store! Come clean house and start fresh in this store from ground up!!! Every single time we go here, there is something left out of the order! It's bad that you have to check your order before pulling out of the location because people don't care enough to simply read the order and check for accuracy before sending it out. As well as them leaving chicken, pies and fries out until they aren't even able to hold any warmth from staying in the warmer too long. Plus any fried items taste like old grease. Wish we could get a decent restaurant with employees that wanted to work and with care and accuracy in this podunk town!

Every time we've gone here lately the orders is rarely ever right or there is part of our order left out. We usually go thru the drive thru our order mobile. Today we ordered a mobile from the parking lot. We waited 15 mins before going in to pick up our order. After going in for pick up, they hadn't even started working on our order. Backline wasn't even on the line prepping orders. No one was inside and 1 person in the drive already at the window. So since they hadn't started our order yet, I asked if they would bag our order separately as well as for ranch and comeback. The girl bagging, I assume was a manager since she was wearing a gray shirt, and acted like it irked her to bag separately and get the condiments out of the fridge.

As far as with our order, we paid extra to have cheese and lettuce put on a chicken sandwich. When we got to the car we checked our bags, and there wasn't any cheese on the sandwich, so we go back in to have it fixed. They took the sandwich back and put cheese on it, and then nukes the whole sandwich that had pickles, lettuce and sauce on it for so long that the pickles were hot to touch and lettuce was dried out. You couldn't even touch the sandwich because it was so hot.

I wish there was more places to grab food in this forsaken town bc we are sick of the constant decline in service at this location. This location definitely needs better and get better workers that actually want to work and checks the...

No disrespect to the owner but: My husband and I used to love coming to your restaurant, but something has definitely changed around the time of your remodel. Personal Experience: Took forever to get our food, there were plenty of employees to get the job done, just no effort in providing a good impression for Customer service sake. The lobby was filthy and the parking lot had newspaper blowing all around the front door. The manager short lady with grey hair was lacking in customer service and managerial skills. Behind the counter a good amount of food was all over the floor, I understand “rushes” but that was ridiculous. The only person I saw actually working , forgive me I didn’t get his name nor was it on my receipt and had a great deal of customer service experience was the young man with the glasses at the register. He actually swept up all the food, seems like he took his job seriously, while others lacked concern. I hope this experience never happens again, several other customers voiced the same concern. Was just there today Nov 18,2022. Husband ordered 3 pc chicken plate, I ordered 2 pc with slaw& fry’s. We get home- he has 2pc sides correct. I have 2 pc with slaw & GREEN BEANS! Plus TOP ON SLAW WAS NOT CLOSED & leaked over everything!!!! I DO NIT EAT GREEN BEABS!!! Plus they gave me under cook chicken breast- it was still red inside!!! I have photo!!!! DO NOT EAT AT JACKS IN ASHVILLE!!! When called back Cody said he was looking at the “ ALL THE CHICKEN & there done”. No way!!! This place is a bunch of kids unsupervised doing as little as possible, only there for the paycheck!!!! I just better not get sick!!!!
