This place is unreal and it is run by some of the nicest people in Atlanta. We tried this food truck at a brewery where we originally had no intention of eating. I started conversation about the smoker because this food truck has a great setup. The man ( I never caught his name) immediately gave me all the details and then ran off only to return with some samples of the most insanely good smoked wings I've ever had. At this point we were sold on eating food at the truck but the menu was so large we had decide what to order.
The man again came out of the truck while we were debating with some samples ribs that completely fell off the bone. These were equally incredible. I eventually decided on the Big Poppa steak sandwich with tots at the recommendation of the lady ( also did not get her name but she was amazingly nice and married to then man we spoke with earlier).
As seen in the pictures this sandwich was enormous. About 2lbs on its own. The flavor was out of this world. I highly reccomend ordering it. Tots were great, some of the best I have tasted in a long time. A friend ordered the large order of rib tips which was also a generous amount of food and delicious.
After rolling my self back to the truck, I ordered THE hands down best banana pudding I've encountered in my life. I got the small and it was more than enough after all the food I ate.
This truck is the real deal, the food is amazing, and the owners treat you like family. I can't speak highly enough of this place and I will definitely be tracking...
Read moreWhat an amazing experience! We are new in town and visiting a local brewery where this food truck was. Stopped by to take a peak at the menu and met the most amazing folks running the show. Warm, friendly, and inviting, they shared the details of the food on the menu. We had the El Chapo Burger, the Uncle Salmon Hoagie, tater tots, and the most ridiculously amazing smoked and fried wings with the Bussin BBQ and Hotlanta Honey sauces. And let me not forget the amazing lemonades - Skrawberry, Main Squeeze (Classic), and Berry Thirsty (Blueberry). EVERYTHING was fresh and made from scratch. The El Chapo had pulled pork and fresh guacamole with a burger patty so big, you almost have to unhinge your jaw to bite it. The Uncle Salmon hoagie is the best kept secret and is filled with delicious salmon and peppers, seasoned to perfection. BUT let me tell you about the “wangz”. You must, must try them. They are smoked, then flash fried. What in the entire world! I highly recommend them with or without the amazing sauces. This amazing food is just what you need after a long day or sipping drinks at a local spot....
Read moreGave ya'll a try at the Conyers Food Truck Festival and even though the wait was sooooo terribly long to get my order, I was very hopeful that the food would be worth the wait. Once I received my order I was happy to see that the portion size was good, however, after tasting the food I was extremely disappointed. I paid 21.00 for a beef brisket dinner and the brisket was tough and the fries were soggy. The mac and cheese tasted pretty good and the flavor of the beef brisket was nice but is was not tender at all and definitely not worth 21.00. Not sure what happened because after reading such positive reviews I expected so much better than...
