I love Udderly and the sense of community it brings to our small town. However, none of the employees are on the same page about anything. When I order things, I know whether I'm going to get good service or not based on whoever's working. It shouldn't be that way. I should expect great service no matter who's working. There are a couple of high schoolers who have worked there for a while and those are the only ones that I trust to not mess up our order. I absolutely love this place an I am always excited to go. But i dont know what is so hard to understand about a snickers concrete with peanut butter. Everytime i have been in the past month it is always the same 2 employees that mess up my order. Instead of the peanut butter sauce, they put putter butter cups. I believe that Snickers and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are way too much candy for one concrete. All im asking is that they train their employees just a tad bit harder to figure simple stuff...

This place is the BEST! They have fair prices (make sure you bring cash, as they do not take cards), yummy ice cream, and food. They have drawn the community together unlike any other business in Atlantic. Staff is friendly and efficient as well. I also love that it’s a small, local business that uses locally grown meat.
