BigFoot Java — Restaurant in Auburn

Went to pull into the drive through with my passenger facing the window, since she was the one ordering, it was 1 o clock in the morning, the woman at the counter told me I had to be facing the other direction, claimed she’d get in trouble. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. If you’re too worried about which way someone is facing at 1am, when reverse exists, and not focused on making money, I don’t wanna get drinks there. 🍻

Edit; There’s absolutely no way it could be for safety. It’s purely a control mechanism. Someone with intent to harm won’t really care about your dumb rules. The woman was rude about it. Saying that’s for safety is just plain lies. Money is money, I’ve pulled into many drive through windows in reverse, the other night was the first time anyone has ever given me any flack over it. Not to mention, the window I pulled up to was the one facing the gas station, and I’ve spent hundreds, if not thousands at this very location...

This location used to be a very nice and friendly location to go and get coffee throughout the night on my night shift that is until they started allowing the street racers who are from Ukraine and they’re fancy BMWs and Porsches and everything else in between to congregate in the parking lot spending donuts all throughout the night, along with hijacking their flag pole, and hoist in the Ukrainian flag all the way all the manager of this location refuses to do anything about this nuisance and safety issue for customers as these individuals doing these actions in the parking lot have been putting other people at risk with their recklessness, and when other people confront these Ukrainians the Ukrainians get extremely hostile towards the person confronting them making threats, and when the police are called, the police are unable to do anything because the manager refuses to file a...

If i was you i would not waste my time and my money on this filthy place. I have to say, it was a major letdown. Not only were the drinks overpriced, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff actually cussed me out, which is completely unacceptable.

Rude and unprofessional behavior is definitely not what you expect when you visit a coffee place. You can’t teach a old dog a new trick, so when the management sees the reviews nothing will change. The solution is to fire them all and hire new people. Once they’re hired, they need to through a 6-weeks long customer service training courses
