This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was treated so terribly because they messed up my ordered. I ordered a 50 count of munchkins but when she repeated my order, she said 10. I said no, 50. She then asked if I wanted assorted and said my total was $6, which obviously meant she didn’t hear me so I figured I would tell them at the window where they could hear me better. When I got to the window, the gentleman told me the person in front of me paid for my order and proceeded to hand me a bag with 10 munchkins. I told him that I actually ordered a 50 count, and he looked at the screen and said it says 10. I told him I had repeated my self and told them twice a 50 count. The girl who took my order decided to come to the window and tell me I was wrong and that she said 10 and I agreed. I told her no and that she just must not have been able to hear me. She then tells me that she will let me keep the 10 count for free (which wasn’t free as someone had already paid for it) but I would have to pay for the 50 count. I told her that was fine as I was expecting to pay for the 50 as it was what I was trying to order. As she was ringing it in, she begins a tangent about how she had to repeat herself multiple times, and that I was beyond rude to her and “but the customers are never wrong, right?!” in a mocking tone so I told her I could hear her and asked to deal with a manager in the hope for better treatment. Unfortunately I was wrong. The manager came over and told me that I was going to have to pay for the munchkins, which I never asked for them to give them to me for free, and proceeded to tell me it can sometimes be hard to hear through the headset. I told her I wasn’t trying to get anything for free and that I asked her to come over because her employee was being incredibly rude to me. All she said was ok and walked away. I am beyond disgusted. I used to frequent this location on a regular basis but will never go back. This treatment was so unnecessary and absolutely appalling. I’d rather pay twice the money for better service at Starbucks. The sad thing is, these places are franchised so they are hurting a small business owner, not just a big corporation. Read moreI understand sometimes stores get busy and people have bad days. We were the only customers when we arrived at this location today and we had the worst customer service experience ever. The woman that was working the drive thru, her behavior was completely unacceptable. I ordered an iced coffee and 2 bottles of water. When I went to pay the woman went out to reach for a card or cash but I paid with the mobile app and she was instantly frustrated, handed me the waters and the wrong coffee but I was just going to drink it. She closed the window and walked away but didn’t give me a straw. She came back about 3 mins later and I said “sorry, I just need a straw” she very rudely stated “it’s in the bag!!” and shut the window and walked away again!.. I never received a bag. Waited 1 min and she came back and I said “I’m sorry I never received a bag I only ordered two waters and the Iced coffee, I Just need a straw” she raised her voice saying “it’s in the bag” and I said “no, I don’t have a bag! I had 2 waters and the coffee” at this point I was so confused why this woman wouldn’t just give me a straw for the wrong coffee she made me. She then rolled her eyes and said “so you just want a straw for the water!” And finally handed me a straw. My 3 younger children were in the car with me and they were also floored by this ridiculously crass adult behavior. I had a sip of the iced coffee and it was so horrible. 🤦🏼♀️ I had to read reviews to see if this was just the woman’s personality or if she was just having a really bad day and somehow thought it would be ok to take that anger out on a nice customer. Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru that had two cars waiting at the windows around 10:00AM on Saturday, February 15th. I said: “good morning, do you have plain bagels”? The woman on the other end of the speaker said “Foods backed up it’s going to be a while”. And I wasn’t completely sure what she said so in response, I said “I’m sorry”? She repeated herself in what sounded like a rude tone. Well, that wasn’t my question. I said “I’m all set” and drove away. This is the second time in two days an employee of a business has been abrupt and rude to me for no reason? It costs nothing to be kind. And frankly people are paid these days to be kind! This person has cost this franchisee my business indefinitely. My sister was on the phone with me while I was in the car and she heard the entire exchange, which I’m thankful for because it wasn’t right. She chose to visit Starbucks instead this day. I would’ve respected the employee more if she told me she just didn’t want to deal with making the bagel, lol. Zero stars, will never return, and will never recommend.
