Hardee's — Restaurant in Auburn

I honestly don't even know how this place is still running. As soon as I opened my car window, I got a burst of cigarette stench. The woman who was handing me my food only had glove on one hand. The other glove looked like it was cut off for her index finger.

It took 9 minutes for me to get my food after I paid. All I could hear are the employees laughing and screaming inside.

Once I got my food, I opened it up to an completely soaked burger and hard as rock French fries. I completely threw the food away. It made me sick to my stomach to even wonder how they make the food in the back. I will never go back to that horrible cigarette filled "fast"...

They get your order wrong ALL THE TIME. I asked for a cookie that they left out of my order and they asked me if I called, I did, they wouldn’t answer their phone. $1 cookie and you’ve lost a customer, good job. Ordered a meal with no pickles this time and guess what….pickles. The time before I ordered a cheeseburger plain and they put ketchup and mustard. Their solution is you need to check your order each time before you leave the store……no, READ. READ THE PIECE OF PAPER THAT SAYS HOW THE CUSTOMER WANTS THEIR FOOD. Wasnt given a receipt, so this is my only way to share my experience. First of all I ordered simply a Vanilla Ice coffee and sausage biscuit. Luckly biscuit was fine. My problem mostly comes from the coffee. Which for some reason was served to me with an ice cream lid? They also over filled it, so the lid ended up leaking quite a bit in my car.. Not the end of the world, but the coffee was burnt, there was no(or barely) any creamer in the coffee and it seems like they just pumped tons of Vanilla syrup in it. As basically thats all you taste!
