Subway — Restaurant in Auburn

So I have been going here for over two years, we stopped to PU sandwich's for a picnic, and off to the park. I pulled out two coupons we got in the mail that week and before I even said anything, or ordered, the lady was almost aggressive "we do not take any coupons here", I remarked that we just received them this week and were only 1/2 mile away. WHY SEND OUT COUPONS IF YOU DO NOT HONOR THEM. So it came down to being nasty about me pulling out coupons, then because I mentioned it she slopped ingredients onto my sandwich. Her English seemed to be limited to NO COUPONS Now this place mainly caters to workers in the area, so good luck with that, I will drive the extra distance to Urban Chops. ...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Reported to headquarters. We were traveling from Canada to mt Rainier and stopped here for dinner. The server Abby (sp?) was really rude to us and the kids (9 and 6) who needed to use the washroom after dinner. It was 7:15 pm and the location closes at 8pm. She had just cleaned the washrooms and told us the washrooms were closed as she doesn’t wanna clean them again. I pleaded with her as the kids really needed to go. Then she started yelling at me and throwing her hands in the air at which point we left. This needs to be sorted out by the management and I have already emailed the subway headquarters. Really bad experience and would never visit this...

I come in on my lunch break at work usually My visit today and my last visit, when I got there there were a lot of people in line already. I had worried I wouldn't have time, but I've been surprised every time. Conny and her coworker have a great system that got me in and out today in probably 7-8 minutes, with 4 people ahead of me. They are friendly when you come in and are multilingual as I hear them speak Spanish to some customers that prefer it. These ladies are killing it and probably deserve a raise for being so quick, kind, and versatile!...
