Subway — Restaurant in Auburn

Don't eat here, as a person who worked at this location for over a year i can tell you firsthand the employees are beyond rude, for example the person working drive thru told a customer to go f- themselves because the customer told the employee that the order they got was wrong. One worker constantly took orders while he was texting. Sanitation is not their strong suit either, while I was working a co-worker dropped some bread on the floor, then continue to put it in the bread cabinet and said "At least I'm not the one eating this". The manager saw this and threw the bread out but said nothing. This sums up the duesenberg subway, no one who works here cares if the food is unsanitary. I got moved to another store for a while and when I got moved back I learned that they had failed multiple health inspections. I would not recommend eating here, there are two other subways in Auburn that are well run and have sanitary food, the duesenberg one...

This place does a decent job when you go into order, but I would recommend not ordering online. I can't remember the last time I ordered online for a pickup through their app and it was correct. This last time they ran out of the bread we ordered and didn't realize that my number was on the receipt to call until I got there to pick it up. Then after I got home the one sandwich that they were able to make ahead WAS INCORRECT! It wasn't pro meat and it had the wrong condiments on it! They do try to make it right when I call but they really need to step up the game and pay attention to the online orders...

When we walked in, the two workers were arguing with each other. Neither one acknowledged us until my wife said hi. Judging from their attitudes we were really inconveniencing them, as they imaptiently kept asking us what we wanted next and snipping at each other as they worked. Poor service at this location is pretty much a guarantee; the past 3 times we've visited we've had similar experiences. Thankfully the sandwiches we had the nerve to come in and ask for were good, so that gets them 2 stars instead of the 1 they...
