Uncle Chuck's Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

THE PIZZA IS DELICIOUS!!! You MUST try this gem of a place!! I recently moved back to MA after living in CA for 15 years and was looking to see what pizza places were good to eat at. I went on YELP and saw they had all great reviews, so I decided to try it out. I ordered a large half cheese and half hamburger pizza, and a large fry. I went in to pick up the pizza and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who is the owner. We started chatting and I learned that he has had this business for 17 years and his entire family helps out. His wife was so lovely and friendly as well. The pizza was awesome, he didn’t skimp on the toppings, but the crust is what did it for me…it’s light and crisp at the same time! Well I'm happy to say that Uncle Chuck's is on the up!!!! There was a time when I would have said to steer clear but I'm happy to say Uncle Chuck's is really putting the E in Effort!!!! I'm pleasantly pleased with their pizza as of late. The owner and his family are some of the nicest around and the gentleman of the business is eager to please. I usually never eat the crust of a pizza even at the best pizzeria but there's something about Uncle Chuck's pizza crust that is to dye for. It's soft center surrounded by flaky, buttery crispiness is some of the best crust to cross these lips. Well Uncle Chuck's keep up the great work and bring this four star review up to a five. Driving from NJ up to C.C. and looked up a place to stop along the way for some quick lunch. Read the reviews and thought we'd give it a try. All the reviews were right. Wow! Pizza really was great and the crust was excellent. I imagine these are pan pizzas they way it tastes - So great. We got half sausage and half white with spinach and mushroom. We loved them both. Trying hard not to eat the last 2 slices b4 we get to my dads. Want him to try it too :) see a take out. No where to really eat inside. Sweet Italian man workin. Loved it loved it.
