I go to this location rarely because customer service hasn’t been its strong point. The one on Hilton Garden drive is a lot better. A common theme I’ve noticed when at this location is that they can and will rush you while ordering. I am an indecisive orderer so naturally, I’m gonna need a minute, and I don’t see what’s the problem for me to take 20-30 seconds when there was literally no other cars behind me. When I got to the drive thru window I wanted to scan my Wendy’s rewards app for points. The first worker at the window saw my QR code and immediately turned around and said under her breath “I’m not doing that” and closed the window on me and got another actually nice worker to come do it for her and process my payment. As a fast food worker myself, I understand needing coworkers help sometimes but it’s the way she acted that rubbed me the wrong way. A simple “hold on, let me grab somebody to scan that code for you, I don’t do it often” would’ve completely satisfied me. Oh and quick tip, only use Apple Pay or Google Pay here. I’ve experienced a “mystery transaction” here in the past using my physical Cash App card and disputed it with Cash App and never got that refund. Since then, I’ve only used Apple Pay here. Last Sunday, we were in line for breakfast, and had such a horrible experience that we will never be back. We got in line at 10:18 am; by 10:28 we had finally moved two car lengths, and thought we would be able to order our breakfast. However, when we placed our order, the disrespectful woman behind the headset chuckeled and said "do you want that chicken on a bun because it's after 10:30 am." When we corrected her that it was still two minutes until 10:30 am, she responded with "well we ain't cooking no mo biscuits unless you wanna wait 15 minutes on one." Remind you, we had already been waiting for over 10 minutes. This isn't the first time I have had issues with this Wendy's. I called the company and will never return. These last 2 times I was there I ordered two grilled chicken patties, diced (only if it's ok) and one of those new bacon burger meals. The first visit my burger had only catsup on it. 😖.. I went back in and asked for my toppings. They put one slice of bacon. Very rude and mean spirited.. I called to talk with the manager the next day, whoever answered the phone, got tired of listening to me and hung up. Next I went through the drive thru thinking it would be ok this time. Every thing seemed ok, except my order was sloppy, burnt fries, and worse, shortly after I got home my pups vomited and diarrhea all night...
