Arby's — Restaurant in Augusta

This location is HORRIBLE!! I routinely get the wrong order, but this last time when I was in the drive-thru and asked “can I get a classic chicken sandwich..” I was interrupted with “a classic chicken sandwich meal?” “No, just the sandwich.,”. Then I got “does that complete your order?” Not even giving me a chance to finish my order. Then I got to the window, was told the total, he took my card, and of course I didn’t get a receipt.. but it doesn’t end there. That was the ONLY thing he said. Didn’t give me a receipt at all, wasn’t in the bag, and didn’t say a word as he handed me a bag of food. OF COURSE I got 2 extra chicken sliders that I didn’t order, but hey.. I’m sure this place is bleeding overhead! I wouldn’t care if it just goes away.. cause I’m done! I’ll never go there again! Just a bunch of people that really don’t care...

Not happy with the last 2 experiences with the Arby's on Gordon Highway Augusta, GA. The wait time at the drive thru has been too long. The car in front of me had to wait a good 5-7 minutes to get waited on and then when it was our turn we also had to wait. Keep in mind this was at approx 2:30 in the afternoon well after the lunch crowd rush. Once we pulled up to the window behind the counter was full of employees just standing around having a good time talking with each other. The customer service was the last thing on their mind. This is the WORST location I have ever dealth with! I drove to the drive thru during my lunch time and the lady yelled through the mic " you gone have to come inside"! She didn't say hello, welcome to Arby, nothing...just straight yelled out to come inside. This is SO unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and was very inconvenient. Not only did she not give an explanation for why I needed to come inside (obviously was in the drive for a reason) but she alao unapologetic! I will NEVER visit this location again and it needs to be shut down as this is NOT the service that expect to receive from a franchise...
