Blimpie — Restaurant in Augusta

I love Blimplie. The food is always on point whatever location that was at. Others brought to a treat. Each time it was surely a treat. Even suggestions from employees have been on point.

This location informed me of the Blimpie bowl where the sandwich uses lettuce instead of the bread. Tried the Blimpie Best in a bowl no bread. Wow! Fantastic.

Besides the upscale from the employee the cleanliness quality in food and services what else can I praise? Oh yes...the customer friendly employees.

This location off 15th St and the ond at intersection of Walton Way and 9th are exceptional in customer care suggestions for upsales and professional treatment.

The location off 9th street intersection at Walton Way had a suggestion of use of the cheddar bread on my Blimpie Best all the way add extra mustard. Wow what a treat. I owe that employee gratitude.

We ended up buying and was sharing that one cheddar bread Blimpie Best sandwich the employee suggested plus had another sandwich as the originally ordered sandwich for later. Therefore ended up with two sandwiches instead of just the original...

Please stay from away from this dirty, rude discriminatory environment. I used to go here years ago when it was under other mgmt. I tried them again today i had to wallk out. They wanted almostv15$ for a six inch sub only no drink,no chips just the sub. they are rude,money hungry and treat people of color with no respect . They nickel and dime you for every thing and dont inform you until you go to pay ."oh you got a little extra ionion 75 cents ,you want mayo on both sides of the bread 75cents. i can understand extra cheese or meat cost but veggies and condiments smh! I asked in advance about what the extra charges would be before my sandwhich was made. I was not informed about a bunch of little charges for things that should come with the sub. I left and went to another blimpie that was clean, friendly staff and no where near their cost for a better sub . The 80 year old asian woman running the register and counter was very disrespectful and rude no type of customer service at all.please note this is the 15th...

The sandwich was great but the experience was not. I felt rushed and unwelcome. It was my 2nd time in blimpies but previously I went to a different location. This blimpies was old looking gas station but I thought that shouldn't affect the food. Well, there were signs...one read: If you are paying with food stamps you must tell us upfront and tell us your balance. I was like whaat...I understand the first part but Tell Us Your Balance...OMG. Also, they only had white or wheat bread, no chabada bread or cheddar or anything. I couldn't visibly see the veggies and the store was cramped. Oh, so I got a slushy as I did at the previous location as my combo drink and a bag of chips. She was charging me an additional $2 for the combo and $2 extra for chosing the slushy instead of a soda. I just put the chips back and she took off $2. So I was being charged $2 for a $.50 bag of chips. Im...
