I had the most horrible service today at this Dunkin’. I placed a to go order and when I got there was told their espresso machine was down and asked what else I would like so I got an iced coffee instead and was offered no refund for the difference as a macchiato is more expensive. I was running a few minutes behind for work so when I got in the vehicle I then realized I had a bunch of sugar in my coffee and it was pumpkin. (I had ordered a large iced caramel extra caramel extra cream) so I had my mom go back for the difference after she dropped me off as the to go order was placed under her card. When she got there she was treated very poorly by an employee named ALEX as he told her her money was state money and he was very disgusting to her with his words. I will be calling corporate as this is not necessary. All we wanted was the difference of the macchiato and the iced coffee. For an employee to treat a customer the way he treated my mother is UNACCEPTABLE. The shift leader on, Jessica I believe stood back and allowed her employee to speak to her that way. So unprofessional. This Dunkin’ has lost...
Read moreIt was like no one worked there when I visited a couple months ago (just getting to posting, now.) The experience left me with a very sullied view of the company. I stood at the register for a few minutes. I could hear people talking and laughing. I very loudly said, "Excuse me, I'd like to order" (at least three times). I could still hear chatter and laughter from out back, but no response. Then, I very loudly questioned if any one works at this D'ND! Still no response. Yet there was still chit-chat. I piped up and even more loudly and clearly and concisely said, "I guess you lost an order, again." From out back I heard, "oh well." Beyond disrespectful, not acceptable. For the prices that are charged for any of Dn'D items, no one deserves to be ignored (or mistreated). I. Won't. Be. Back. TO. ANY. Location. I dont understand how "America Runs on Dunkin'" when no one waits on you-- or when they do, can't make a simple...
Read moreWhile I understand the labor force is limited, I’m not sure I can completely explain or understand my experience here. Google maps say location is open until 7. Arrive 645 and stand at front register for 5-7 minutes before staff (who is busy cleaning) notice I’m there. Someone comes out and says the register is closed and I question the time, apparently walk ins can’t be served but drive through can🤔 I explain my partner is using the restroom and get a “don’t know what to tell ya” in response. Okay, I then ask if I can walk through drive through, she says she doesn’t care. Go stand outside and “don’t weigh enough” to trigger the head set. Walk to window and am told they’re out of lost everything is decaf okay. Get charged full amount and leave. I’m a mainer and I want our state to thrive…This probably isn’t going to impact the location at all, but I won’t...
