White River Cafe — Restaurant in Augusta

Ate here several times with family the last year, but i won't eat here again. Every time i get fries they're so hard i can barely chew them but my bfs were fine every time. Don't know how to cook a steak correctly. The fried mushrooms were a joke, 99% breading. Most of the food comes from a freezer and not made there. Definately not fresh and would never recommend to anyone....

Found this hidden gem downtown by the White River and was glad I did. They had some delicious fried chicken, homemade mac and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy and yeast rolls on the buffet, and I went away stuffed. The kind ladies who waited on me did a great job....

Love this place! The food is amazing. He has a grilled chicken salad that is hands down the best I've ever had. Fish, burgers, special orders......
