If I can rate a negative 0, I would. The owner is absolutely terrible. She is never there and not cognizant or caring for customers that flow im daily dropping money into this place that keeps her open. The bar is running out of alcohol and does not have access to alcohol due to the owner only having a key to the office & to the vault to restock. The heat was off so it was terribly cold and uncomfortable. Who wants to eat and chill in the cold? She is not a good person as recently someone left their wallet there by accident which was placed in the office. Asthma pump and other pertinent information was enclosed in this wallet. Not only did this person not have money or a license all weekend, but it's a medical issue because the pump was not accessible for this young lady to use. The owner did not show any interest in coming to the establishment to open the door the evening it was left OR callimg someome to go get the key to open the office door.. friday night..all day sat and half of the day Sunday. It took this person almost 48 hours to retrieve what was left, and the owner dismissed the importance. Upon arriving finally on Sunday... the owner peeked around the corner to & saw that the young lady was waiting only to give the wallet to a bartender to hand off to the person who lost it. She didn't want to come out..be a woman and apologize or express concern for the matter. Absolutely horrible person lack of concern for customers & the business. The real MVPs are the waitress and 2 bartenders that seem to keep things running smoothly and take care of everyone who comes in making sure that everyone is satisfied. They are the "business" the owner deserves no recognition and needs to resign & take a truly human customer...
Read moreMy experience here was unheard of and horrible needless to say. I have the owner to thank for that. I lost my wallet Friday night and it was found the same night and was put in the owners office. I went to pick up my wallet Saturday and spent the whole day sitting in a cold bar with no heat as the owner failed to take consideration on how important retrieving my personals was too me. I stayed until the bar almost closed just to have to come back Sunday with no ID money or gas to yet again retrieve my wallet. Not to mention i have medical issues and my inhaler was in my wallet as well. She never even considered giving someone the key to her office to come give me my wallet , if she was unavailable to do so. I spoke to her once and she was very rude. She avoided my calls and texts and was very cold hearted about the situation. I finally retrieved my wallet Sunday night but not at the hands of her. She couldn't even apologize and hand me my belongings herself, very unprofessional if you ask me. Just for her to call me today asking me why I left a bad review about her but she couldn't talked to me all weekend about my belongings. I'm a firm believer on treating people like you want to be treated and you just don't go around doing people like that. If it was her she wouldn't want someone to hold her very important belongings for almost 48 hours. Just unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional in every way possible. No need to call my phone about this review. You couldn't talk to me then, there is no need to talk now....
Read moreNot service dog friendly.... Was asked to leave due to having a service dog with me. He was laying down on the floor. I had to ask several patrons not to pet him, and only one patron refused to comply, but the male bouncers were clear that I couldn't have my dog if I didn't have his paperwork (this is a federal violation). The guy said he called his boss, Pam Siddon, who said that she would not allow a service dog without paperwork present (again, a violation of federal law) due to health code (the ADA laws provide exemption for a service dog). I explained the legal requirements of a service dog and a public establishment, but they refused to comply with ADA law. Its clear this bar is not aware of health code or ADA protections. It is not disability friendly, and I highly recommend not going.
From the ADA website: "When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.... Establishments that sell or prepare food must allow service animals in public areas even if state or local health codes prohibit animals on...
