Arby's — Restaurant in Aurora

Terrible customer services!

I went through the drive through and right away the person taking orders was giving attitude and rushing while I was ordering. Had to ask them to give me a second and then was called rude over mic while i was driving away. Part of our order included 2 large root beers. I was given straight carbonation.

I tried to hand the drink back and the boy at the window shoved it back at me, spilling the soda on me and then continued to yelling about how they can't take it back because of covid and how I'm stupid. So I asked the girl at the window if I could just get two new drinks since one was spilled and both undrinkable. She slammed the window closed. Came back with one medium drink and slammed the window closed again. Which at that point I just through away In the CLOSEST TRASH.

Honestly it was just drinks and it's not that hard to be nice and fix a mistake. I get the soda being out but the additude and yelling at a customer is uncalled for. Luckily my clothing and seat are easily cleaned. Also drinks can be tossed. Happened around 8:14pm tonight. I don't recommend at all and i will never go back, especially since this is how they great and...

By far the most nastiest Arby's i have ever been to. The workers that work in the shop were in the back around the food with grease and oil all over their clothes. Everyone seem like they were high and lobby recked of weed. The manager well I'm assuming he was a manager because he gave me my refund. He sneezed with the bun from my sandwich in hand. I asked him to changed his gloves which pissed him off. He claimed he sneezed in his arm and i told him i saw him i am literally standing right here. He then goes back and pick up the bun he sneezed on and squeezed mayonnaise on the sandwich a ton of it. He purposely made my sandwich's wrong then attempted to give them to me. After he threw them on the board to be bagged. Then when i asked for a refund everyone seemed shocked that i wanted my money back. Monday i will be calling the 1800. I just want to warn future customers who you are eating from. With covid still out here this is nasty and dangerous. I will NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!!! Then he tried to give me a refund for 6.00 and some change when i paid over 21 dollars...

We made a quick stop after driving all day and into the night. The poor cashier was working hard to handle a large group of customers—some of whom forgot their manners—but she continued taking care of everyone with patience and professionalism. By the time it was our turn, I know I would have been overwhelmed, but she treated us just as kindly as the customers before us. We even got her to smile and laugh (no one was waiting behind us) and rang the bell for her. As we were leaving, we overheard another employee say three people had walked out, which made us appreciate her even more. She truly stood out as an amazing employee. No photos this time—it was late, and we just wanted a quick bite before heading down the road...
