I'd like to start off first by saying I put one star only because I had too to be able to write a review. I ordered pizza on Tuesday 2/28/2017 from the Bastrop Highway store which is on 183 in Southeast Austin, TX. I order pizza and pasta and picked it up. By time I got back to our office we split the pasta up ate it and then gotsome pizza. When I dropped a piece of pizza on my plate something fell off. I went to pick it up thinking it was a piece of meat and it was a crispy cockroach. I then callef the store and reported it and they picked up the pizza for testing. I feel the customer service is very very poor. I have not had a follow up call from management. I haven't even been offered my money back. When the person showed up to pick up the pizza and I told her what happened she instructed me that yes they have been having a lot of insect problems with that store and spraying a lot of pesticides. I'm very disgusted with that store and the Dominos franchise in general. I suggest that if you're going to order dominoes that you DO NOT order it from the Bastrop Highway store. It's very disgusting to find a cockroach in your pizza. And then the follow up customer Service after such an incident was even worse than finding the roach in the pizza. Read moreI am VERY upset with the service I received today Sunday 08/30/20 @ Domino's @ the Old Bastrop Hwy location in Austin, TX. I ordered pizza, wings, brownie, Parmesan twists and Fettuccine Alfredo. I think the car-side pickup is a ridiculous method because it totally does NOT work. The manager Mikala brought my food out 10 to 15 minutes after the app said it would be ready, when she brought the food out she was fumbling around because the ranch and marinara kept falling, she then yelled at me and told me she couldn't open the back door so I had to get out of my car to open it, as I was getting out of my car she dropped my wings, it looks as though she was going to pick them up off of the ground and give them back to me and I told her they needed to remake my food, she picks the food up with an attitude and took them back inside. I had to then wait another 10 minutes for the new food while my other food is getting cold in my car. What frustrates me the most is I received no apology, if I needed anything else or even a refund. While I was waiting I asked her who the manager was and to my surprise it was her, I was extremely surprised especially with the treatment I received. I will have a hard time giving Domino's my business again and I will definitely let everyone I know my experience. Very DISAPPOINTING!!!

Read moreThis store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We placed our order at 8:00 and was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. We accepted that wait time quote but when an hour and a half passed we called the store at 9:38 and was told it was actually a 2 and a half hour wait and the wait time quoted was incorrect online and by the store associate. The online tracker showed our order was checked for quality at 9:15 but it didn’t arrive to us until 10:05 pm, 2 hours later and our entire order was dry and barely warm. When I spoke to Lyndsay all she had was sorry excuses. Then the driver had the nerve to get upset when we didn’t tip. This store is GARBAGE and if you want a tip EARN IT! You can’t give sorry garbage service and expect your customers to be happy about it! If they would have quoted the correct time to begin with we would have had the option to take our business elsewhere but we weren’t given that opportunity!
