Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

This location is just ASKING for an ADA lawsuit. They severely need to be retrained on this front. I have brought my service animal with me multiple times with no issue, but TWICE now I have been asked to remove my service animal, without cause (no barking or disruptive behavior). The first time, last year, an employee said "Next time please leave the dog outside" and when I said "This is a service animal" they just repeated "Well next time please just leave it outside." I didn't feel like addressing it and thought it might be a one-off. This past weekend however, a different employee asked if it was a service animal, to which I replied yes, and then I was asked for "certification that this is a service animal" and also told that "there's no label indicating it's a service animal" -- both things that are not federally required, or even allowed to ask (see: ada .gov/topics/service-animals/). I offered to show this person the ADA website with all the info I was relaying, but they declined ("I don't want to see that"), and instead said "I have a service animal, I'm a veteran and bring my certification everywhere" -- so if you have a service animal why don't you know the policies/access laws surrounding them??? This person repeatedly asked me to "put the dog outside" and basically held my food hostage, making me enter my code in the pizza portal even though it wasn't even in there and I gave the name on the order, and then he repeatedly refused to hand over my paid-for order. One of the customers in line even tried to say "Just give the food so she can leave" and the employee basically said "Are you here with this person? No? Then just wait to order we'll help you in a second." The POWER TRIPPING, KNOW-NOTHING DISRESPECT of it all!!!

Monday July 15 2024. The location opened late at 11:15am. My girlfriend walked in and saw only one lady working so she waited to be acknowledged to make her order 10 mins pass by shes the first customer just waiting. No biggie my gf is a restaurant manager and knows how to be patient with workers especially when it’s only 1 running the show. We wanted stuffed crust pizzas and regular pizzas too. because that’s what grandma wanted it’s her favorite, and we were on the way to spend time with her. Well guess what all we got was push back from the one working lady there and attitude including making ugly faces. Just very immature sadly. And no pizzas not even regular hot n ready, we were asked to leave because she didn’t know she had back there what we wanted and it was only her. And I’m here writing this baffled like what’s so hard about making my pizzas when you’re already doing it as your job? There’s no other customer. Online ordering was shut off. Trust that would have been easier for us too. Than to be dealing with the worst attitude a human can give. Little Caesar’s please write her up. no one who acts like that deserves a job there. Idk if maybe shes a homophobe because why else would you not wanna help your first customer? No one went in there ordering burgers of fish. Dumbest experience I ever had in life. Ordered pizza at 11pm and it's an 1 hour and 47 minutes later and I'm just now feeding My kids. No they not kid friendly. Poorest customer service experience I ever had in life. I will never eat at this little Ceasars ever again in life. Problem solving sucks. Just hand My food please.
