Before you judge MY judgement of this truck, you need to set your expectations right. This truck is the "day laborer friendly " type. This is not your "hipster, Austin, post millennial truck". With that being said, if you live nearby, this is probably not for you. The food is cheaply made, but not actually cheap. Prices are not printed in the menu, but they come out to about $3 per breakfast taco. The equivalent would be a $1 breakfast taco at a gas station, or small convenience store, so we come to issue #1: PRICING is a bit steep. For 9 breakfast tacos, which fed 2 (or possibly 3 small people, i.e. children) - $30.00. Now, sure, this truck is located right next to Texas's second highest Net Worth living community: Barton Creek. But again, this "caviar"crowd will just likely not want to come here or get this simple food. Which brings me to issue #2: The FOOD IS UNDERWHELMING. I had the potato, sausage, and chorizo breakfast tacos. The chorizo one was they only one that was worth eating. The other two were bland, flavorless. Even for "simple, quick"food, they were very under par. Parking is non existent, unless you count the dirt patches around. So, if there's even any moisture in the air, make sure to bring some boots that you don't mind getting mud on. A rubber mat would have helped. But again, this truck is meant for the construction worker type, who are probably wearing heavy duty boots. Surprisingly, they take cards, so that's a small plus. But the cooks/workers don't speak very good English, so you might have to repeat your order a couple of times. Some people complained about the "service". And while it wasn't stellar, what do you expect, really? Bottom line, this is not really one of those "worth checking out" kind of trucks. It's not worth the money, it's not worth the drive. You're better off going to Chick Filet, down the street, for your quick breakfast needs.

Ordered barbacoa quesadilla and two carnitas tacos. Tortillas are so good and fresh. The carnitas was seasoned and extremely juicy. The barbacoa was seasoned beautifully and perfect mix of fat and lean meat. Pico and guacamole was fresh. Salsa could have more heat but overall food is awesome!

I don't like a lot of food trucks but that beef quesadilla was the best. It was greasy but that's good cooking to me. The beef wasn't dry at all. Not that expensive. Their burritos are huge and worth whatever they cost.

Excellent taste and service. The breakfast tacos were pretty good, and the wait time was minimal. 5 minutes tops. The beef and chicken fajitas are solid. The quesadillas rocked.... but the amount of food was small... Sorry, but I must compare the size and amount of food to the benchmark and the standards of the ultimate king of Tex Mex ..Ken's tacos on Dessau... the size of the tacos were one third of the size of Ken's tacos. Increase the amount and size, and I'll move you to 5 stars. Do i recommend it? Yes.. eat here and enlarge your body to levels never seen before!!...

They have some good tacos here. They didn't have barbacoa which is what I was in the mood for. But the carnitas and picadillo were very good. Only gave a three stars for atmosphere because it's just a taco truck in front of a gas station so not a place you would hang out with. The tacos were good and the guys were...
