Before picking up my variety of cheesecakes, I was already impressed with the owner’s communication. She responded to my messages quickly, was incredibly kind, and made the entire ordering process feel so smooth and personal. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in both their product and their customer service.

When I arrived, I was immediately struck by how bright, clean, and welcoming the place was. It had such a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. The owner greeted me right away with a genuine smile and asked how I was doing and how my day was going—it wasn’t just small talk, she truly seemed to care. That level of kindness and attention really stood out and made the experience feel special.

Now onto the cheesecake—absolutely phenomenal. I got a variety of flavors, and each one was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. You can really tell that everything is made with love and high-quality ingredients. It’s honestly the best cheesecake I’ve ever had—better than any restaurant or bakery I’ve been to. My personal favorite was carrot cake, but every single slice was a hit.

The cheesecakes are good, but they have terrible customer service. We went for the first time in June and the young male employee didn’t greet us and barely communicated with us. He couldn’t even make eye contact to acknowledge we were there. We placed our order and the only thing he said to us was “Anything else?”. I can only assume he is neurodivergent or has never been trained on customer service. It was also very dark in there- as though they want people to think it’s closed. We then tried to go again in July when they were supposedly open- the lights were off and the door was locked- their business page didn’t indicate they had sold out that day or that they were closing early. With such limited hours I generally expect businesses to communicate if they won’t be open when they said they would be. I sent a message to their business page asking about their hours, but it was ignored. I have also seen other comments and questions on their business...

The employees are all extremely polite and energetic and you can tell they enjoy what they're doing. The inside looks clean and yet still cute inside. Ive have got several different flavors on numerous occasions now and they are always delicious and dont last long in our house. Ive met the owner several times and never felt like she was rude. You can tell she loved her shop and was passionate about providing not just amazing treats but amazing customer service. When they do special events they do so well at making it fun...
