My family has been going there for years. We use to go every Friday and Saturday. Once they replaced the regular Karaoke/DJ host, Chucky-J, on Fridays we started to only come on Saturdays. The bartender,Tiffany, knows how to make every drink. She is the best bartender in the area. Truely. She knows her customers weither they are new or a regular. Knowing your clientele is a talent. She also keeps the customers and the bar safe for each person. She really makes the weekends work!!! I wish I could say the same for the servers. There is one there on weekends that just stands at the bar in place and does not move. Heck, I dont think I have ever seen her smile. She will rush you at the door to take your order but then you'll never be served again. So your left having to go to the bartender to be served. I've overheard almost every weekend other customers complain about the same thing. Why tip the server when she didnt do anything. The bartender does all the work. Ordered carryout last night and the food was not good. I ordered online. There is no way to change the pick-up time so after ordering - I called and told them I wanted to pick it up at 6:00 - not in 15-20 minutes. They said “no problem - I’ll make a note of it right now.” The pizza was cold - like they made it immediately and just set it aside. Pizza was very bland and forgettable. Ordered wings with hot sauce. No sauce on them at all, over-cooked (dried out) and then burnt until completely black on the grill. We had (3) wings total that weren’t burnt to a crisp (see photo). This is in response to wonderwillow did u sign up for more then 1 song cuz she don't do it like the sat night guy she don't do a sign up once u automatically sing again which is great cause then if she gets new singers they get a chance to sing the way he does it if ur not already in rotation u don't get to sing at all karaoke hosts are like bartenders not everyone does things the exact same way and to everyone complaining they get skipped I'm sure the owner has video in the bar and the host keeps the papers off who signs up to sing so it can b proved they don't skip ppl they don't leave ppl out so keep that in mind while posting that ur being skipped it can be proved that u...
